Take a leisurely stroll just a few blocks away to experience the world-famous Trestles Beach. Then return to "Casita Clemente," and unwind in the Jacuzzi before settling into the remodeled ground floor one-bedroom and one-bathroom condo in the private Vista Oceana gated community. This condo is uniquely located on the ocean side of the 5 Freeway in the highly desired and quiet south end of San Clemente. The beach is a short 0.9-mile or 15-minute walk, and downtown San Clemente is 2.5 miles away.

This beach house was completely remodeled in June 2022 and comes fully furnished with everything you would need to enjoy your home away from home. Just bring your clothes, tooth brush and surfboard.

The completely remodeled kitchen is beautifully updated with quartz counters, new shaker cabinets, new refrigerator, electric range, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen comes fully equipped - Keurig, hot water kettle, Ninja Blender, pots, pans, drinking and wine glasses, bowls, plate, complete knife set, and baking set. The bathroom is immaculate with a new vanity, sink, toilet, full tub with glass door. The living area and bedroom has new water-resistant laminate flooring. The living room contains a Samsung 65” smart TV and sofa that pulls out into a full bed. The master bedroom closet contains a full-size new washer and dryer.

Enjoy your own private enclosed patio/balcony off of your bedroom or living room to take in the cool ocean breezes. New double pane energy efficient windows and new sliding patio door.

CONDO GROUNDS AMBIANCE
This private and quiet community Vista Oceana offers residents security & gated parking (plenty of guest parking too!). Your unit comes with a covered parking spot behind the gates. There is also a fire pit in the common area, outdoor cooking & BBQ area, a jacuzzi and outside shower. There is also a secure inside/outside area for your bicycles.

“Casita Clemente” has been used as a weekend beach retreat and since we don’t use it as much anymore, for the first time we are opening it up to be enjoyed. This beach house was completely remodeled in June 2022 and comes fully furnished with everything you would need to enjoy your home away from home. Just bring your clothes, tooth brush and surfboard.
