The property was as listed, rooms were very clean. Only downside was that we did have a room on the main street and the road noise was a little loud but nothing crazy.
This was a fantastic and wonderful place to unplug. we really enjoyed the accommodations everything was fantastic from start to finish from check in to check out. my boys enjoyed the indoor pool and the game room. not host issue but would like to in future to see both side of the resort to have game room. Will be booking again ASAP!
Not sure if this review is for VRBO, Club Wyndham or Live Suites Hotels? First the host NEVER told ClubWyndham about my brother’s disability needs. So upon check in they were unaware we needed an accessible room. Then their facility for pool access with a wheelchair is nightmarish! We would have had to walk through the parking lot, no sidewalk, down hills….around to the main check in building just to use the elevator to go down to the pool level. Once there, no electronic doors to automatically open for wheelchair access. The place was nice, in an upscale(ish) fashion for a reasonable budget. I enjoyed the sleep I was able to get. It was peaceful and restful. The showers could use more water pressure. The in-room jacuzzi was nice after a traveling achy body the cares for a quadriplegic. The staff at Club Wyndham was super accommodating with all the handicap needs, bath chair, toilet chair, handheld shower wand for rinsing the bottom, etc. The room is in dire need of plumbing maintenance. Club Wyndham was on it everytime, but the owner really needs to get professionals in to figure why the AC stopped twice, why the dishwasher backed up with rancid water, and why it leaked all over the kitchen floor. Otherwise, a nice stay.
Had a really nice getaway here with the family. only thing i didn't like was the booking/check in process which my understanding is done through Wyndham's own booking program. Even though we booked a whole week our reservation was split in 2 which made things confusing and when traveling with young kids added some stress. On site staff was helpful and accommodating though.
