Nice studio with fireplace and spacious bathroom. The apartment is located in the former station of Ballrechten-Dottingen with separate entrance.
The studio has a size of 90 sqm, with the old plank floor of the former "Bahnhöfle" and also an original entrance with the old swinging doors.
To the right of the entrance there is the dining area, large table and six chairs, with small counter and fitted kitchen, with stove, oven, sink, dishwasher and refrigerator, incl. Icebox. There is a Senseokaffeemaschine, a kettle and toaster available. Basics like sugar, olive oil, vinegar, senseotabs, salt and pepper are also available.
Left of the entrance is a small English leather sofa with a direct view of the fireplace. If you want to work, you can live it out at an antique desk and the adjoining area invites you to relax, watch TV or read a living room.
In the alcove is a double bed, 180 cm × 200 cm, large wardrobe with three drawers, linen compartments and generous possibility to put his clothes on hangers.
The spacious bathroom is equipped with winer barrier-free shower, toilet and beautiful sink. Hair dryer, make-up mirror are available.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Superschöne Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht, ausreichend Platz und zweckmäßig, gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Lage an der Hauptstraße ist ein Minuspunkt, aber die Vorzüge überwiegen eindeutig. Als Startpunkt für Ausflüge ist die Lage gut und auch zum Wandern. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Eine tolle Ferienwohnung zum Wohl fühlen

In der wirklich geräumigen und der sowohl geschmackvoll als auch zweckmäßig eingerichteten Wohnung kann man sich nur wohlfühlen. Der tiefergelegene Aussenbereich ist schön angelegt und bestens geeignet zum entspannen. Die Vermieter sind sehr angenehme , freundliche Menschen. Faszinierende Glaskunst kann man im benachbarten "Glashaus bewundern und erwerben. Absolut empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung und Vermieter.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, nette und unkomplizierte Gastgeber. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der einzige Tipp, statt dem Duschvorhang eine Glastür in die Dusche einbauen 🙂 dann wäre alles perfekt.
