Something special: Modern, bright 2-room apartment with large roof terrace

This beautiful, bright 2-room apartment is located on the 2nd Upper floor of a 2-family house completed in 2013. It has an inviting living room that is very open and spacious due to its ceiling height. Next to the dining area there is a comfortable leather couch with a long chair, where you can relax, watch TV or enjoy the view of the Schönberg. The sofa can be quickly and easily transformed into a 1.60 m bed that can comfortably sleep 2 people. The large roof terrace, which faces south, offers a fantastic view. An electric awning provides a shady spot even in summer. There is also a cozy bedroom with a double bed (2.00mx 1.80m) and a second TV. A separate, fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine complete this apartment. For our little guests we provide a baby travel bed and a high chair (up to 15 kg).
The apartment is in a quiet location (dead end) in the Freiburg St. district Georgen. The connections to public transport are good. The bus takes about 15-20 minutes. to the main train station and downtown. Parking is in the street. Shops, bakeries, restaurants, playgrounds, etc. are too easy to reach.
Would you like to stay longer than 2 weeks? We would be happy to make you an individual offer! Long-term tenants are welcome. Just talk to us!

A very, very fine apartment with a fine view to the hills. With all the amenities, you could wish. In the outskirts of Freiburg, but with bus-stops near the apartment. And a winery quite close! A very friendly and helpful host. Certainly to be recommended.

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit toller Dachterasse. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und unsere Gastgeberin sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ist gut an das öffentliche Nahverkehrsnetz angebunden. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Ruhe .Ideal zur Erholung.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir haben uns sehr sehr gefühlt.Angenehme Kommunikation, keine Probleme.Wir waren in wenigen Minuten in der Innenstadt und schnell in anderen Orten.Wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen.Es noch vieles zu erkunden.Das Wetter war mit 10 -14C angenehm; der Glühwein und das sehr gute Essen vor Ort sehr zu empfehlen.Schnee gab's keinen, auch auf dem Feldberg nicht.Schöne Grüße aus dem hohen Nordenund Schöne Weihnachten
