Location on the outskirts of Freiburg-Tiengen. Varied hiking trails directly from the apartment. Only 400 m to the city bus to Freiburg-City. Apartment in the basement with private terrace and separate entrance. A washing machine is available (per wash € 5.00).

Apartment for max. 4 people:
Free Wi-Fi internet. Living room: with sofa bed 1.40 m wide, coffee table, pull-out dining table, TV and radio. Bedroom with double bed or 2 single beds and large closet. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Kitchen, microwave, oven, coffee machine, toaster and much more. EXTRAS included: wireless internet, parking, washing machine (per wash € 5.00), storage for bicycles, bed linen, towels, cot. The apartment is ideal for 1-3 adults, for families with up to 2 children, for business, temporary living and also fitters. Smoking only on the terrace, not in the apartment. Please no pets. Pick up from the station possible.

Ruhige und angenehme Zwischenstation in Tiengen

Wir haben eine Nacht in dieser Ferienwohnung als Zwischenstopp verbracht – und sie war ideal dafür. Der Vermieter war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen, gepflegten Wohngebiet und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man in einem Ferienhaus braucht.Da sich die Wohnung im Souterrain befindet, blieb es angenehm kühl – eine echte Wohltat bei Außentemperaturen von über 30 Grad. Ein Restaurant ist fußläufig erreichbar, was den Aufenthalt noch bequemer macht.Insgesamt eine perfekte Unterkunft für eine erholsame Pause auf der Reise. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Schöne Lage

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr schön und ruhig am Ortsrand, ideal für Fahrradausflüge, der Hausbesitzer ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung braucht allerdings dringend eine intensive Grundreinigung und einige Schönheitsreparaturen.

Die Wohnung hat eine gute Raumaufteilung und Potenzial. Das Badezimmer war nur oberflächlich geputzt, die Armaturen schienen länger keine Reinigung bekommen zu haben. Im Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer sah es nach Stockflecken und abgewischtem Schimmel an den Wänden aus.

Een prima overnachtingsadres

Op doorreis naar Zwitserland verbleven wij hier één nacht. Prima ontvangst en prima onderkomen voor een dergelijk verblijf. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar. Er was een misverstand over de betaling. Omdat we ons creditcard nummer hadden moeten opgeven, gingen we van de veronderstelling uit dat het bedrag daar automatisch van afgeschreven zou worden. Later bleek in de kleine lettertjes te staan dat dit zou gebeuren in geval van wanbetaling. Een dergelijke gang van zaken is ons in andere situaties niet overkomen. Creditcard opgeven betekent dan altijd automatische incasso.

In die Jahre gekommen

Das Objekt wird von einem sehr freundlichen älteren Herrn geleitet. Er ist wirklich nett und hilfsbereit!! Aber die Sauberkeit und der Zustand trägt dem Mietpreis und dem allgemeinen Standard leider keine Rechnung. Es ist kein Problem wenn die Ausstattung älter ist, solange es gepflegt ist! In der Wohnung ist jede Nische voller Spinnweben, Staub und fettiger Ablagerungen. Im Bad Rost und Abblätterungen an Geräten und Möbeln, sowie Schimmel an der Wand. Die Handtücher und alle Wäsche 30 Jahre alt und bretthart, Heimtextilien sind fleckig und müffeln. In der Küche alle Geräte verkalkt, fleckig, fettig und aus dem Dunstabzug trieft der Dreck. Die Heizkörper schmutzig, die Bodenrosetten gebrochen. In den Steckdosen dicke Dreckbeläge, Lichtschalter sind ausgebrochen, teilweise kein Licht vorhanden. Man sieht, dass hier niemand professionell sauber macht und kein Geld investiert wird. Wie gesagt - der Inhaber ist überaus freundlich und bemüht, aber die Wohnung ist knapp davor eine Absteige zu sein.

Prima en dicht bij de snelweg.

Keurig appartement, vriendelijke eigenaar. Wij waren er op doorreis naar Italie, ligt zeer gunstig t.o.v. de Autobahn.
