The 30 square meter 1-room apartment is fully and tastefully furnished. It is light and quiet.
There is a kitchenette with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher etc.
The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a shower and toilet.
A double bed is available for sleeping.
For entertainment there is television with cable connection, as well as Internet via WLAN.
There is a washing machine in the basement.
From a large balcony there is a wonderful view to the south of Black Forest and Schönberg.

The closest tram stop is a 5-minute walk away. The train goes directly to Freiburg city center in 9 minutes.

The apartment is located in the now internationally known district of Vauban. The district was built with ecological considerations in mind. All houses use little energy. Vauban has no traffic.

Shops and facilities for daily needs are in the immediate vicinity, as well as green clasps with playgrounds, sports fields, a nature-conserving stream, a large and well-run restaurant on the market square. After 5 min. One is on foot below the Schönberg "in nature".

The apartment is on the 4th Floor (accessible via an elevator).
It is located in a so-called passive house. This means that the room temperature is always pleasant and the used air is exchanged on its own, even when the windows are closed.

Beautiful flat in a cool sustainable neighbourhood

The flat is gorgeous, with a good selection of utensils, toiletries, laundry facilities, etc. The neighbourhood is a really cool sustainable community and the neighbours were all friendly and quiet. Andreas was an incredibly helpful and kind host. Easily my favourite stop on a long trip!

Comfortable apartment in Vauban

We stayed in Andreas' apartment a second time this summer. It is in a beautiful, quiet and safe location. The apartment is well-furnished and very comfortable. There is a nice balcony where you can enjoy coffee or a glass of wine. Andreas is very responsive.

Very nice flat

I booked it for family that was visiting me in Freiburg. The neighborhood is very charming, such as the property manager. The check-in went smoothly and the flat is perfect. All the needed kitchen tools are there, the bathroom is very modern and the view is also very enjoyable. I highly recommend!

Excellent place to stay in Freiburg/Vauban

We stayed in this apartment for two weeks. Andreas is an excellent host who responds quickly and is very helpful. The apartment is in an excellent location, with public transportation easily accessible. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. It was very hot in Freiburg, but there was a large fan that kept us cool. We plan to return!

Wie soll man absolute Zufriedenheit in allen Punkten beschreiben? Die Wohnung ist luxuriös, fast besser als auf der Plattform beschrieben. Sie liegt herrlich und ist bestens ausgestattet, in ihr haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die nächste Haltestelle der Tram ist nur fünf Gehminuten entfernt, das Zentrum von Freiburg wiederum 15 Minuten mit der Tram. Vauban ist ein sehr grüner und freundlicher Stadtteil, der viele Wege aufweist. Er ist so autofrei wie möglich, was uns den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Herr Venzke ist ein äußerst sympathischer Mensch, wir hatten die Freude, ihn vor der Abreise kennenzulernen. Seine Kommunikation vor und während unseres Urlaubs war einfach fantastisch! Wir fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben. Im nächsten Jahr werden wir bestimmt zurückkehren.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft im 4.Stock (Aufzug vorhanden!) in ruhiger Lage! Alles, was für ein paar Tage gebraucht wird, war da. Sehr durchdacht und auf Kurzzeitbesucher abgestimmt. Ein wunderbarer Balkon von dem aus sich die vielen Schwalben bewundern lassen. Die Kernstadt ist in wenigen Minuten mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen.Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Und der zur Wohnung gehörende Autostellplatz die Krönung des ganzen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Ein gemütlicher und ruhiger Aufenthalt

Die Lage der Wohnung ist schön. Es ist grün, ruhig und zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle sind es nur ein paar Gehminuten. Bäckerei und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in der Nähe. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einwandfrei. In der Wohnung gibt es wirklich alles um gut kochen zu können. Einfach prima!
