House is very nice inside and out with great off street private parking. It is close to downtown with lots of options to eat and shop. Highly recommend for a visit.
We very much enjoyed our stay. Very relaxing, quiet, and close to downtown Hendersonville. Property was very clean. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended by my wife and I.
We were in town for the weekend and stayed at this property. It was exactly as advertised. Very clean, well equipped kitchen, and very comfortable. Excellent location too, very close to downtown Hendersonville and around the corner from a very nice new brewery (Trailside Brewery). Would definitely recommend and stay there again.
We were so happy with this beautiful home that we will definitely come back to this very home. The neighborhood is also super charming. The home and neighborhood exceeded our expectations. The hosts were terrific to communicate with and were really invested in ensuring our family was comfortable.
Our stay was great!
The house is well thought out. Didn’t love the steep
Stairs with older folks but it was accurately described in the rental.
It was wonderful and really close to Hendersonville which was great for us! The owners were great at responding. Wonderful stay 💕 definitely pleased. Well
Stocked with everything you need
This property manager asked me to cancel my reservation I had had for over 3 months because they rented out to long term tenant (which is fine/good for community) but I informed them they needed to be the one to cancel so I could qualify for Vrbocare. They then told Vrbo the cancellation was due to "environmental reasons". Then I continued to see this house available on Vrbo and other short term rental platforms, which is ofd.. I was disappointed they cancelled on me, and it was a hassle to find & book another place because most of the good properties were booked up.

This house hasn’t been available for months and will continue to not be available due to the owners securing a long-term tenant. As we told you directly, the tenants will be there until next Spring. If you saw the house on another platform that was simply because it hadn’t been taken down yet.
We have already apologized to you for the inconvenience but we simply mange the property. There is not much we can do if the owner rents it out long term.
Our family of 6 adults spent the weekend attending a wedding at Jeter Farms. The house was the perfect spot to visit the area and still be close to downtown Hendersonville.
The house was super clean and we loved the historic feel. It’s a great place to relax after wedding events. We would absolutely book this if we were coming to Hendersonville for the Apple festival.
Robert and Emily have created a special place to stay.
Best VRBO we’ve stayed in! Excellent for all ages!
We absolutely loved the Anderson House! Super convenient to everything! All of the personal touches made this house a step above. The hosts were first class, quick to respond to all of my questions and very accommodating. The house was so unique and we loved the vintage feel with modern touches. This house is perfect for all groups from families with kids to adult groups! We definitely hope to be back very soon! Thank you for the very best weekend!
A beautiful house. Perfect for relaxing and playing games. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. I need a firm mattress and one of the ladies like a softer mattress. Everyone was pleased with the comfort of the mattresses ( which is a plus when are in your senior years) location was perfect. Close to town but in a nice neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again.

The hosts were incredibly available for communication. The property is a lovely Victorian, beautifully decorated and in very good condition. Comfortable beds with quilts & comforters, and towels were fresh & fluffy. Well stocked kitchen, coffee beans and grinder, both a coffee maker and a Keurig.
The only negative is that one bathroom is on the first floor while all the bedrooms are on the second. The upstairs bath is en-suite in one of the bedrooms. Every other feature was fantastic ! Definitely recommend this house.
We couldn't have found a more wonderful place from which to visit all of our favorite places in Hendersonville. Emily was an excellent host providing everything we needed and more, and quickly answering all our questions whether about the house or neighborhood or just checking in to see that we were comfortable. The little children, age 8 and 10, happily walked the 20 minutes into town so we didn't have to worry about parking, and the grownups loved the exercise. We went to the Hands On Museum every day that it was open, and the adults took turns hanging out at the Black Bear coffee/lunch spot and checking out the shops. The house is large, fully equipped, comfy beds, and plenty of hot water in the showers. The interior is welcoming, beautifully decorated, and spacious enough that the five of us could comfortably be together or on our own to fit the mood. Treat your family to a vacation that will create enduring memories for you all and book the Anderson House for a week!

Thank you Natalie! Y’all are welcome back anytime!!
This is an extremely nice property we very much enjoyed. There is a great deal to recommend it.
Anyone booking should be aware though (1.) it is very much NOT handicap accessible so if that’s a concern for your group this may not be right for you, and (2.) The two bathrooms are not conveniently located for easy use by a group of more than two. It’s manageable, but be aware it will indeed take managing.
PROS: It was Hallmark Movie levels of darling. Truly thoughtful decorations and design which will keep you smiling the entire stay. Comfortable beds and towels. Spotlessly clean. Owner was a delight.
CONS: If you aspire to cooking dinners for a group of more than three while staying here, know the kitchen is very, very minimally equipped. Pans and dishes for preparing and serving are sparse. The only dutch oven pan wouldn’t be large enough to make soup for a family of four. Bring your own/be prepared to supply what you’ll need, or plan to eat out often.
We enjoyed staying in your rental home. It was clean and comfy. It could use a 2nd bathroom on the bedroom level. The light over the stove did not work.

Thank you for bringing the light to our attention! We agree… it would be lovely to have a second bathroom on the second level. Maybe one day! Thanks for booking with us and come back any time.
The house was perfect for our needs and had all the amenities (plus more). There were a selection of toys already there that our children enjoyed, the kitchen was well-stocked with the basics, the decor was tasteful and carefully selected & the piano was a joy for everyone. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. The location was great for our purpose - we came for apple picking and there were several places 10-15 minutes away. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We are so happy you had a great stay and that your children enjoyed the toys. Thank you for the positive feedback!
We were in for a wedding and some trail running. The house was a great home base for all of our plans. It was very clean and the hosts went above and beyond throughout our stay. The location was just under a mile from downtown which was great for walks to town for coffee or meals. Highly recommend!
We went to Hendersonville for a girls weekend!
The house was perfect for us. It was just as we expected and Emily was very communicative throughout our stay. Lots of little small touches in the house that mean so much when you are traveling! The place was clean, well stocked and thoughtfully decorated.
We are already planning our next trip!
The house was truly beautiful, comfy , and immaculate! The owners provided info when needed, And, all needs were met! Such a wonderful place to return to after busy day out. Thank you!
