The apartment is located in a small thatched roof house in Neuensien on the idyllic Lake Neuensien. Enjoy the quiet location surrounded by beautiful nature.

The prices are for 2 people, each additional person pays 10, - € per night.
Costs of water are included. Electricity is charged according to consumption (0.35 € / kWh, prices without guarantee).
The spa tax you pay in advance by bank transfer to us.
150, - € rental deposit are to be paid in advance and will be charged with the additional costs.
Bed and bath linen can be ordered for a fee via the property management.
The seaside resorts Baabe and Sellin with the famous pier can be reached in a few minutes (about 5-6 km). Here are beautiful beaches and a variety of recreational opportunities available.
The apartment is tastefully furnished in country style and has a living / dining room with kitchenette, a bedroom with box spring bed and a bathroom with shower. Two more people can comfortably sleep on the sofa bed in the living room.
For our younger guests a baby travel bed, a high chair and toys are available. The adults relax with a cozy TV evening in front of the fireplace or use our entertainment on books, movies or board games.
Enjoy the sun on our terrace and enjoy a delicious BBQ from the grill.
The apartment is currently heated only with the stove. Two sacks of firewood are included in the price. Infrared radiant heaters for the cold season will be retrofitted shortly.
