There is a dining area for four and a spacious balcony offering a view of the dyke. The bedroom has two corner-positioned single beds. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and WC.

For convenience, the apartment includes a parking spot at the house. Bicycle storage is available in the basement, where a washing machine and dryer can also be found for communal use (fee applies). Guests have complimentary access to the fitness area, with equipment such as a back trainer and a ping-pong table (rackets must be brought along). A well-behaved dog is allowed for an additional fee.
