Wir waren mit dieser Wohnung mit separatem Eingang und Terrasse sehr zufrieden. Der Wohn/ Schlafraum, Küche, Bad, Terrasse war für uns völlig ausreichend. Wir können die Wohnung für Kurzurlaube weiterempfehlen.

Awesome Germany getaway!!

Our host was helpful, responsive in a very timely manner & our home-away-from-home was nice and offered us privacy. We enjoyed the full wall of windows/door to the patio deck. There is lush vegetation out back. We loved the morning sunlight each day that came into the place. The living space was a good size for the 2 of us; bed was really comfortable and cozy. WiFi was strong, there was a TV though we didn't have time to watch it. It was nice having a small kitchen tho we didn't cook there. We had a private bathroom with a shower that had great water pressure and temperature control. Everything was as noted on the listing. Our train ride to Munich for Oktoberfest was about 23-30 min. but was a nice ride. The town & lake area is quaint and relaxing. The walk to & from the train station gave us daily exercise but was a beautiful walk. After a few days, we found a different route for the times we didn't want to trek the several sets of city steps to our "home." There is an outdoor spiral staircase on the property to get down to the studio, though we don't have mobility issues so it wasn't an issue. The neighborhood is nice, quiet and peaceful. All in all, we greatly enjoyed our stay and would stay again should future travels bring us back to Starnberg. *

Lage: kurzer Fußweg in die Innenstadt bzw. zum Bahnhof (z.B. wegen München) und vor allem sehr ruhig gelegen! Wohnung: sehr sauber, praktikabel und wohl gestaltet (neuer Sony LCD TV - passt gut!). Insgesamt eine sehr ordentliche und zu empfehlende "Sache".

Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen!

Helle, moderne Wohnung mit eigener, geschützter Terrasse mit Gartenblick; Betreuung hilfsbereit und professionell. City, Bhf. u. See fußläufig erreichbar, aber PKW empfehlenswert, besonders, wenn man Golf oder Tennis spielen, oder wandern will. Exzellenter Aufenthalt - sehr empfehlenswert!

Fahren dort nicht nochmal hin.

Die Wohnung (Nr. 1) sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern und sie war sauber. Auch der Vermieter war sehr nett. Es ist jedoch zu bemängeln, daß das Bad sehr klein und alt ist. Menschen mit 1,90 m werden dort echte Probleme haben. Die Matratzen müßten mal ausgetauscht werden, da man die Sprungfedern sehr deutlich spürt. Aus den Küchenschränken kommt einem ein sehr erdiger Geruch entgegen, so daß wir das Geschirr nicht gerne benutzen mochten.

Wir freuen uns über Anregungen und Lob. Und sogar über konstruktive Kritik, denn wir möchten unseren Service kontinuierlich verbessern. Zu den einzelnen Punkten: 1. Das Duschbad hat eine Höhe von 2,10 m und bietet für Zweimetermenschen tatsächlich etwas wenig Raum. Es wurde vor drei Jahren renoviert. Die Cottofliesen am Boden sind auf "alt" gemacht. Das Bad wird aber im Winter 2010 wieder neu gestaltet (auch heller Boden). 2. Die Federkernmatratzen (für schwere Menschen nicht bequem) wurden bereits gegen Latexmatrazen ausgetauscht. 3. Die Küchenschränke werden nach jedem Gast mit Chlorreiniger gereinigt, daher der etwas "strenge" Geruch. Auch die Küche wird nach drei Jahren im Winter 2010 wieder erneuert.
