The house was in an excellent location. Like many others on the lake, it’s an older home probably in the 50s. It’s been renovated. Nice kitchen, with the exception that the light over the sink did not work at all. This made it very difficult to prepare food. The AC system was very strange. We had very cool weather when we were there. For some reason, the thermostat would turn itself down at night. Made it very uncomfortable as would wake up very cold. The thermostat seems to be Internet control. The king bed was not the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on. The sheets appeared to be very old actually they were holes in them. They would not stay on the mattress as the sheets were too small. This was problematic as we were constantly trying to get the sheet down as far as we could to make it stay. The toilet in the hall bathroom definitely needs a new filler valve. After flushing, it would pulsate when it filled making it very noisy whenever it filled. My wife and I decided that we would definitely not stay here again. The laundry area was in an alcove off of the kitchen. Both the dryer and washer were very noisy. Making it hard to hear the television. On the plus side, the home was very clean when we arrived.
The house is great! Very clean and organized. We had a fantastic stay.

Great location
The location was absolutely awesome close to everything but on the lake and quite! The large windows made the lake view even better. We really enjoyed our stay!
This house was perfect for our family of 5 with great access to the lake for fishing. The house was clean and well stocked. Would stay here again and highly recommend.
This was a neat little house in a lovely neighborhood. We were in town for a wedding and with the races causing the hotels to charge outrageous nightly amounts, this was the perfect place for my wife and I and my father. We'd stay here again in a heart beat.
Ever wish you knew someone with a small house near downtown Hot Springs but also on the water? This is the place. Comfortable accommodations in a neighborhood setting with TV’s in every bedroom, a nice family room, a deck, a boat dock, and an updated kitchen. This is all you need to enjoy your stay!
I would not mind coming back and booking this house again and again. I loved the kitchen and the feel of the home was perfect for a family get away. The marina was not far my husband drove from the marina to the dock in the backyard and we were out on the lake! The neighborhood is quit and peaceful but close to so many restaurants and stores if needed.
The house is beautifully and very clean. It’s close to everything you need. We are wanting to make this a yearly vacation spot. Thanks for a great experience!
We spent a very nice 4 days in this house. Matches the description, with an access to the water where we enjoyed kayaking. In general it was a very pleasant experience
Very comfortable and nicely located. Great dock for fishing. Would definitely look for this listing the next time we are staying in the area. Nice, clean and quiet neighborhood. Well equipped kitchen.
