About this property

Only 10 minutes from Oceanside beaches: this peaceful oasis. The 40-foot resort-style pool is totally private and surrounded by trees. Outdoor deck for lounging, huge covered patio for indoor-outdoor dining.

The renovated four-bedroom house hosts 10. Large living and family areas with two fireplaces means tons of hangout space. All this walking distance to 30+ restaurants and cafes.

12 min. drive to Oceanside pier, Legoland (15 min), Wild Animal Park and Zoo (29 min), and Disneyland (58 min)

The space
There are four gorgeous bedrooms with seven beds plus 3 sleeper chairs. The home has room for 2-3 families. With two large living rooms open to a big kitchen there is space for everyone. There is even a bonus kids sleeping room off of the family room where we have two of the sleeper chairs. The backyard is flat and has the feel of a resort with a large pool, 4 lounge chairs, two sofas, and a huge dining table for 10.

NOTE: This home is for chill get-togethers and family use. It is not a party house. Music may not be played outside, and quiet time starts at 9pm. This is strictly enforced.
