This Beautiful townhome is very large (1800 SF) with 3 bedrooms on the third level each having an 32" LED TV. A gas fireplace in the Master Bedroom and an outdoor deck makes a romantic sanctuary. The living room, kitchen, and dining room are on the second level with a gas fireplace and a deck off the living area for active family entertainment.

The master bedroom and living room patio decks have a spiral staircase that access a large roof deck with a bar containing five stools, a deck table with seating for 4, a private hot tub that seats 6.

This is an independent townhome (no common walls) for extra privacy in a three units complex with gated entry. Enjoy a short walk (6 blocks) to the Oceanside pier.
