Come escape to luxury in this oceanfront, 5-bedroom vacation rental. This condo is part of a six-unit complex on the beach. There is an elevator available in this unit for easy access to all floors. The building and condo are wheelchair accessible and the rental boasts beautiful slate flooring, a large kitchen perfect for any cook with granite counters and stainless appliances, a living room with a large flat screen TV, views looking out straight to the beach, an oceanfront balcony, and a private spa. This property also comes with central AC. You will be spoiled after your stay here and never want to leave!

This vacation rental is a home away from home. Each room has character, and everything is professionally decorated. You will find everything you need right in the rental, from beach towels to linens, from spices to coffee grinders and garlic presses. We have stocked the kitchens keeping in mind you might be cooking a Thanksgiving feast. Just imagine all of the memories that will be made on your vacation on the beach! BEACH ACCESS: There is a driveway that allows access to the underground parking between the condo complex and the beach. In order to get to the beach, this driveway must be crossed. See virtual tour to view exactly where it is situated.

All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.

Perfect Soccer Family Spot

We had a soccer tournament in Oceanside and this was the perfect spot. 20 minutes from the fields and walking distance to breweries, restaurants and of course the beach. View was amazing. Perfect spot for our group!

This was a great spot. Even though there’s no direct Beach access in front of the property, there is a beach nearby. Tons of great restaurants and shops to go to. Would go again.

Quick cali family weekend

This is the 2nd time weve stayed here. Loved it both times. Its great that its right there on the ocean and this plapce is large enough to accomidate my entire family of 14!

We have an amazing time at this beach property. The location was perfect, the bedding arrangements were awesome, and bathrooms for all of us. I would highly recommend this if you’re planning on vacationing in Oceanside! We will definitely be back again!

Loved this rental unit. Location great on dead end street, underground parking, handicapped accessibility great. Couple of small comments - gates leading to beach did not lock, coffee pot needs to be replaced. Took a while to find how to access parking garage gate - might be help to put info in rental guide (which was quite comprehensive). One small glitch as a result of our decision to stay an extra night was taken care of immediately. Nanci was wonderful. Would have been helpful to have beach chairs/cooler available but no deal breaker.

My brother and his wife brought their two boys. My husband and I brought our 16 year-old daughter. The condo was very comfortable. We loved the proximity to the beach and the ocean view. We had one minor mechanical difficulty, a stuck drain plug in a sink, which the maintenance crew fixed within a couple of hours of my email. All in all, we were very happy.

Fabulous Property and View

The property is gorgeous. Spacious, clean and well equipped, with the most magnificent view possible. We stayed in winter, so the front living area provided an open environment protected from the elements. We had difficulty with the check-in process. Not one document gave us all the info we needed. The address we were given had a letter suffix, but the units are numbered. We received a message someone would greet us, but no one did. We called the rental office for clarification, but the process ate up almost an hour of our time to enter the property. It was quite frustrating.

The Making of a Great Family Memory

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved staying at this all inclusive unit. It was beautifully designed and decorated with a fabulous view of the ocean. The Staff was very quick to respond to any request and did so with professional courtesy. There was plenty of "private" space and plenty of "gathering" space. Our only complaints were (1) there was no fly swatter, and (2) the access to the beach was limited. There was no pathway close by our unit so we had to walk quite a way down the road to get to it. Otherwise it was fabulous and I would recommend it to anyone. Our family had a wonderful time together there. A memory that will last forever.

We love the 2 washers & 2 dryers! The private jacuzzi was used by someone morning til night! The view from the living room & balcony is awesome of the ocean. We had a family talent show and there was plenty of room for all our kids/grandkids to be together there. Our only complaint is that the outside garbage cans were full when we checked in and we needed to dispose of our garbage bags daily since we were a large group. We felt very safe since you needed a code to enter. We'd go again next year if we could afford it!!

Great for Multigenerational Groups

We had a range of ages from 30s up to late 80s. This place is great for groups where there will be a variety of ages and members with limited mobility issues. The elevator in the parking garage took us straight to our unit. All of the bathrooms had handles and rails which made the unit highly accessible. The kitchen was fully stocked and a cook's dream. The only issue we had was one of the coffeemakers stopped working. I notified them and within an hour, we had a brand new coffeemaker at our door. There are 2 washers and 2 dryers which was a nice touch. The view of the water was AMAZING and our favorite part. Hearing the crashing of the waves and watching the sunset and sunrise everyday was priceless. We had several grocery and food deliveries that were always very smooth and easy. We would just meet them at the walk-in gate which was right at our front door. We totally plan to return and stay in this exact unit again. Everyone in the family enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Oceanside Property

This property was great. We had checked about 100 places to stay that would be good for a family reunion. We had 18 people aged 3 months to 94 years. My parents are handicapped and this turned out to be great for them as there are a couple of handicap accessible bedrooms and an elevator that goes to all floors. The whole unit was beautiful as was the surrounding area. Right on the beach, about one mile south of the pier. Jaccuzzis were nice and warm and the roof was great for hanging out and getting a great tan. Kitchen facilities were great. We usually ate on the main floor and there was room for everyone. If we had a question or needed help it was just a phone call away. At one point the wi-fi went out and Patrick was there to fix it within 15 minutes. Nanci from beachfrontonly.com was a great help to me in finding this. I told her what I needed and after looking through many properties she picked the perfect place for us. We would definitely recommend this to anyone and are already thinking of coming back next year.

MLK Weekend Family Men's Getaway

Me,Dad,Uncles,Cousins,older nephews, and two best friends. From here, San Fran, and Texas. The five (5) bedrooms very comfortably accomidate all 15 adult men with the large queen and king beds as well as the singles in each room. Someone will want to sleep on the living room front window bed and wake up with that ocean view...The large open kitchen,dining,and living areas are great for our continuous group cooking and eating family style only going out donuts and a can opener (BRING YOUR OWN)...When we wern't eating, we were playing Hold 'em, watching NFL playoffs (Go 9ers), or walking to the Oceanside Pier on a sunny 76 degrees January afternoon... We've been doing this guys trip for 6 years now. It's the highlight of the year for all of us, and Beachfront Only Vacation Rentals has been great to us the last three trips... did I mention to bring your own can opener.
