Area was not as nice as we expected. House was extremely dirty and did not look like it had been cleaned at all. Other people socks and trash left behind.

The house has been fixed up and furnished very nicely, was clean, had all the linens you could possibly want, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. There were plenty of other supplies which we didn't need to use, so I can't list them all, but there was a lot. The place was five minutes from the Texas City convention center, where we and our friend were attending a gaming convention, so it was perfect; to get a per-person rate as good, you would have to stay five miles farther away. Thanks!
