This luxurious condo is part of "The Dawn by the Beach" Condominium complex. Wake up each morning to the view of the ocean waves splashing on the shore from your bedroom window. Grab a cup of coffee in your granite/stainless steel full size kitchen. Enjoy your coffee from your personal oceanfront balcony to enjoy the Gulf of Mexico first hand. Two swimming pools (one heated) and a spa is available in the complex. Or just head out the gate to the beach. Nearby is the Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Moody Gardens, or the Historic Pleasure Pier. This condo has luxury from start to finish including large tile flooring throughout, granite countertops in the kitchen and bathroom, stainless steel appliances, full size washer/dryer, lounge has queen sleeper sofa and twin sleeper sofa, private bedroom with queen bed and large walk in closet, oceanfront location, private oceanfront patio, and 825 square feet of space. My family and I have been traveling to Galveston for summer vacations for the past 30 years or so. We always have a wonderful time and make great memories. We have stayed at The Dawn before it never fails to be a great location. The condos are always well maintained. The property hosts are always easy to reach and very accommodating to whatever the needs there are that may arise .

Great location / Great Stay

Overall our stay was great. Super convenient to the beach, restaurants and shops. The pool was great and very close to the room. The only cons were, the refrigerator needed a better cleaning, the mattress was very hard and had some issues with the TV intermittently not working. Other than that, it was a great stay!

Family Time

I come to Galveston 2-3 times a year from Pittsburgh. My son and grandchildren from Houston stayed in the condo with me. We spent time in the pool and at the beach. The view from the condo is beautiful. The condo clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything you need. I felt at home. The owner responds very quickly and is a very gracious host. I will definitely book again on one of my trips throughout the year.

Galveston trip

We had a great stay! The condo was set up just like home. Everything we needed was there. Bedding, kitchen items and towels for the bathroom, towels for the beach and pool. All the things. The one suggestion would be to add a radio, as not every one has a smartphone. We hope to stay there again.

Wonderful condo across the street from the Beach!

Such a cute condo - nothing disappointing about it. Was well listed, comfortable and homey! Very good communication from host as well! Absolutely loved it and will be back!

Overall was nice

What is a nice place right off the ocean had to walk a block across the street to get to the ocean though. Please had a musty smell probably related to the moisture from the ocean, but seem to be worse than my friends condo who stayed in the same complex.

Really Great Spot!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. The host was extremely responsive, and the property was neat as a pin. In addition, everything we could have needed was right there! We will definitely consider staying there again if it's available for our next visit to Galveston.

Great location.

Excellent location and GREAT condo. Far enough away from the nightlife that Galveston offers yet close enough to drive to it if that’s your thing. Unit is literally directly across from the beach.

The location was perfect. Close to everything. The stay was good. Had everything you may need. Could have been just a tad bit cleaner. Dust webs on the furniture and bugs on the floor by the sliding door. Other than that it was an easy check in and it was cozy.
