This luxurious condo is part of "The Dawn by the Beach" Condominium complex. Wake up each morning to the view of the ocean waves splashing on the shore from your bedroom window. Grab a cup of coffee in your granite/stainless steel full size kitchen. Enjoy your coffee from your personal oceanfront balcony to enjoy the Gulf of Mexico first hand. Two swimming pools (one heated) and a spa is available in the complex. Or just head out the gate to the beach. Nearby is the Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Moody Gardens, or the Historic Pleasure Pier. This condo has luxury from start to finish including large tile flooring throughout, granite countertops in the kitchen and bathroom, stainless steel appliances, full size washer/dryer, lounge has queen sleeper sofa and twin sleeper sofa, private bedroom with queen bed and large walk in closet, oceanfront location, private oceanfront patio, and 825 square feet of space. Great location.

Excellent location and GREAT condo. Far enough away from the nightlife that Galveston offers yet close enough to drive to it if that’s your thing. Unit is literally directly across from the beach.

Quick weekend trip

We really enjoyed our short weekend trip to the beach! The condo was exactly as described, very clean, and has a well-stocked kitchen. The hot tub wasn't working, and I would have preferred to be told that before finding out when I arrived. The location is perfect, and I would love to go back for a longer stay!

Quick Getaway

This property was an excellent home away from home! It is in a great location, family friendly and has nice amenities. Everything we needed was walkable or a short ride by car. The beach is directly across the street and Walmart is next door for quick pickups. We enjoyed the view from the patio with breakfast or an evening snack and beverage. I highly recommend this unit and look forward to spending time there again!

Best Condo Around

This is one of the best condos I’ve stayed out down here in Galveston!! The owner is so nice and flexible and the condo was so relaxing and has such a beautiful view from the patio! Would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay

Overall, the experience was good. Condo was as described and very well kept. You need to understand the location and realize that being right on Seawall Blvd and the ground floor location comes with traffic noise. We figured it would and was surprised to not see it mentioned in any earlier reviews. Our only problem was with check in. We arrived after dark and the outside entry was pitch dark. The only thing you have info on is a numeric code to key in but no description of the lock. We could only see what must have been an old manual keypad off to the right of the door which did not work. After calling the owner and having to wait about an hour in our car, she finally got through and apologized for the delay due weather storms. She indicated that the keypad was above the knob and if we touched it in the right place it would light up. Success! It would have been great to have that in the instructions. All else was fine.
