This luxurious condo is part of "The Dawn by the Beach" Condominium complex. Wake up each morning to the view of the ocean waves splashing on the shore from your bedroom window. Grab a cup of coffee in your granite/stainless steel full size kitchen. Enjoy your coffee from your personal oceanfront balcony to enjoy the Gulf of Mexico first hand. Two swimming pools (one heated) and a spa is available in the complex. Or just head out the gate to the beach. Nearby is the Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Moody Gardens, or the Historic Pleasure Pier. This condo has luxury from start to finish including large tile flooring throughout, granite countertops in the kitchen and bathroom, stainless steel appliances, full size washer/dryer, lounge has queen sleeper sofa and twin sleeper sofa, private bedroom with queen bed and large walk in closet, oceanfront location, private oceanfront patio, and 825 square feet of space. I was first told that I didn’t have a place to stay there and I knew I did… so I contacted our host, she sent me a text per the Virbo site, and suddenly they had my reservation…. It was very clean, very nice. My condo was PERFECT! I had a WONDERFUL time there!!

This is a privately owned condo. The office will not have details about your stay. I do send details well in advance of the guests arriving. I am very responsive and was able to clear this up right away by directing the guest to the email I sent 2 weeks prior to their checkin date.

We had a wonderful stay at The Dawn Condominiums in Galveston! The location was great, right across the street from the beach, minutes away from restaurants, and local attractions, making it easy to enjoy everything. The condo was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It was thoughtfully stocked and truly felt like a home away from home.What really made our experience stand out was the host. Communication was outstanding from the time we booked until checkout. They were incredibly friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. It was obvious they genuinely care about their guests having a great experience.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely book here again on our next trip to Galveston. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place with an amazing host!

The condo was lovely, and had everything we needed. Located across the street from the beach with a nice view from the deck. We used one of the community’s two pools, and the hot tub. Walkable to the beach and several restaurants.

Really Great Spot!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. The host was extremely responsive, and the property was neat as a pin. In addition, everything we could have needed was right there! We will definitely consider staying there again if it's available for our next visit to Galveston.

Great location / Great Stay

Overall our stay was great. Super convenient to the beach, restaurants and shops. The pool was great and very close to the room. The only cons were, the refrigerator needed a better cleaning, the mattress was very hard and had some issues with the TV intermittently not working. Other than that, it was a great stay!

Best Condo Around

This is one of the best condos I’ve stayed out down here in Galveston!! The owner is so nice and flexible and the condo was so relaxing and has such a beautiful view from the patio! Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful condo across the street from the Beach!

Great location.

Excellent location and GREAT condo. Far enough away from the nightlife that Galveston offers yet close enough to drive to it if that’s your thing. Unit is literally directly across from the beach.

My family and I have been traveling to Galveston for summer vacations for the past 30 years or so. We always have a wonderful time and make great memories. We have stayed at The Dawn before it never fails to be a great location. The condos are always well maintained. The property hosts are always easy to reach and very accommodating to whatever the needs there are that may arise .

We had a great time staying here. The location was great and the place was exactly as a described. Denise was quick to respond to my question and very helpful. If we make it back to Galveston, we will definitely be staying there again.
