Big 4 bedroom house with parkview 15 min to airport or downtown

Located across the park, great for running or walking. Beautiful and spacious patio on backyard with flowerbeds and trees. Entrance is through a front courtyard with a beautiful iron gate in the front. House entrance equipped with an electronic lock with code entry eliminating a need for keys.
As you enter the house, you will be greeted by a spacious living room with chair and sofas.
Also, a computer table located to the left if you will need a comfortable space to do computer work.
to the right of the house, you will find family room with TV and very spacious kitchen with plenty of space and fully equipped for cooking your delicious meals.
The home has 4 bedrooms. Master suit will have a separate bathroom with separate shower and bathtub with jets and walk-in closet. Toilet is enclosed and separate.
The other tree rooms have nice closets with drawers and shared bathroom with dual sinks.
Guest half bath is also down the hallway with a toilet and sink.
The location of the house is close to downtown, airport, shopping and many fine restaurants. Costco is just about 5 minutes from the house.

Great place to stay

This house suited our needs and then some. Great place to stay with a large group. We enjoyed all the space and bedrooms. We didn’t want to be close to downtown Sac and this place is in a family friendly neighborhood.

Family Time

This property was perfect for our family. There was plenty of space with two nice areas to sit and chat, including the very nice covered back patio. The kitchen was great and the dining table worked well for cards and games. The location was spot on, close to the airport and places to shop and eat. We would be happy to stay here again and hope to do so for our next CA trip.

We had some issues during our stay. The landlord said he’d address them for future renters. The area was nice and the place was spacious.

Excellent home for Sacramento vacation

This house was perfect for our family vacation. everyone in our three generation group was happy with the accommodations and price. We liked the location, which was close to a number of the attractions we wanted to see. The children had a great time playing in the Park across the street. The design and furnishings of this ranch home were perfect for us. Communication with the owner was excellent. The house was very clean and things were in good working order. Excellent beds and bedding, kitchen appliances, etc. We are very happy we had the opportunity to stay here.
