Come and experience the joys of outdoor living at this lovingly restored farm cottage near the heart of Sonoma County wine country. Whether your plans involve wine-tasting or floating the Russian River, you'll delight in coming home to a backyard oasis with gardens, ample space for alfresco dining, and a private hot tub.

This cottage sits just over a mile from the Windsor Town Green, with two adult-size bikes provided for your excursions into town. You'll be only a few miles from a wide assortment of world-class wineries, downtown Healdsburg, the banks of the Russian River, and scenic country drives in every direction.

Your stay begins in the sprawling garden, a beautiful spot to savor a new bottle of wine in the midst of vine-draped arbors. There's a shaded porch where you can bring your morning coffee, as well as a gas grill, a covered outdoor kitchen (with a mini-fridge, a microwave, and a sink), and several dining tables for your evening meals. Lounge chairs, a hammock, the private hot tub, and an outdoor shower round out this wonderful space for unwinding.

The single-level interior puts a fresh spin on country living, with the window-lined living space offering a TV, a selection of board games to play at the four-person table, and a well-appointed kitchen. Of the two bedrooms, one has direct access to its own covered porch.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
