Our house is located on the main road in the direction of Lindau Lake Constance, Friedrichshafen Airport approx. 35 KM, Memmingen Airport approx. 40KM, from the house to the city center is only approx. 150m away, and it is only a 10 minute walk to the main train station and bus station!Opposite the house there is the cinema, electronics store Expert and Norma Supbermarkt. Behind the house is a city park and a children's playground!

    Die Wohnung ist für 10 Personen ausgelegt, es waren 5 Gläser vorhanden! Wir haben bei Nachfrage noch Gläser erhalten. Leider gab es keine tiefen Teller, wir mussten uns mit Schalen behelfen. 5 Kaffeelöffel sind vor Ort. Wir haben ein großes Messer gebraucht, bei dem vorhandenen ist der Griff halb abgebrochen und stumpf ist es auch! In einer Dusche läuft das Wasser wieder hoch nachdem man die Dusche verlassen hat! Sieht ziemlich eklig aus! Bei einer Dusche ist ein Teil von der Schiebetür kaputt.Es gibt keine Duschtücher sondern nur kleine Handtücher. Bei der Sauberkeit ist noch viel Luft nach oben! Hinter meinem Bett war noch Papier vom Vorgänger. Fernseher waren alle verstaubt.Mülleimerdeckel war dreckig. Vorhang im Esszimmer war schmutzig, könnte man mal wieder waschen! Steckdosen u Lichtschalter teilweise sehr verstaubt und schmutzig.

    Das Objekt hätte etwas hochwertiger renoviert werden können, bei der Sauberkeit ist auch noch etwas Luft nach oben. Die Ausstattung ist etwas sporadisch. Aber bei dem Preis ist die Preis/Leistung dennoch passend. Wir würden wieder kommen

    Wangen walkable stay

    We walked from the train station to the property and walked to Wangen old town for a cozy restaurant on a rainy night. Train to Lindau is very easy to catch. No problems with the stay. Interestingly the description said ground level, but was up the stairs on the second level. Not an issue for us, but something to be aware of. We really enjoyed the Wangen/Lindau area and this rental.

    Leider nicht empfehlenswert – sehr unsauber und ungepflegt

    Wir hatten uns auf unseren Aufenthalt gefreut, wurden aber leider enttäuscht. Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft in einem sehr unhygienischen Zustand: Überall lag Staub, das Geschirr war dreckig, in den Küchenschränken standen noch Kaffeetassen mit altem Wasser, und es liefen Ameisen auf der Arbeitsplatte herum. Die Toiletten waren ebenfalls nicht sauber, was besonders unangenehm war. Zusätzlich waren einige Steckdosen defekt, was nicht nur ärgerlich, sondern auch gefährlich sein kann mit kleinen Kindern. Nachts war es sehr laut, da die Wohnung direkt an einer vielbefahrenen Straße liegt. Insgesamt machte die Unterkunft einen sehr ungepflegten Eindruck. Für den Preis hätten wir deutlich mehr Sauberkeit und Sorgfalt erwartet. Schade – so kann man sich nicht wohlfühlen

    Okay aber Beanstandungen gibt es trotzdem die Unterkunft ist spartanisch eingerichtet nur 1 kleines Handtuch pro Person keine Kleiderbügel die Sauberkeit im Badezimmer ließ auch etwas zu wünschen übrig (leider) ansonsten gute Lage zum Bahnhof und zu Ortskern

    Der Gastgeber war super nett und freundlich! Es gab keinerlei Schwierigkeiten auch zwecks Lautstärke unserer seits. Im Gegenteil er war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit! Unsere Hauptintention bei der Buchung war eine gute Übernachtungsgelegenheit, weniger der Aufenthalt am Tag. Für 9 Personen eine tolle Unterkunft! Es hat genügend Platz für alle

    Absolut unzureichender Schallschutz für die Lage an einer stark befahrenen Straße. Ausstattung noch tragbar, aber schmutziges Geschirr im Schrank und Spuren der Vormieter in der Dusche geht nun mal gar nicht!
