The high quality and modern equipped apartment Lachmöwe in Villa Andrea in Baabe has a light-filled living room with sea views and access to the balcony. From the balcony you have a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea. Adjustable balcony furniture and a large dining table provide the ideal base for a nice breakfast al fresco. A Sony flat-screen TV and a Teufel hi-fi system are available in the living room. Zufriedenheit

Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Das Internet hat zwar nicht ganz so funktioniert, aber im Urlaub ist es auch gut, wenn man mal Handyfrei die Zeit verbringt. Für eine Familie in der Hauptsaison wäre es vielleicht ein bisschen Preisintensiv, aber die Lage, Sauberkeit und der Rest haben dies vergessen lassen 😊

Sehr schöne freundliche Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist in einem top Zustand! Alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Eine Kaffee-Pad-Maschine hätte es perfekt gemacht! Die Lage ist super nah am Strand und man hat vom Balkon ein wenig Meerblick. Wir haben morgens gerne auf dem Balkon gefrühstückt. Wen ich etwas bemängeln möchte, dann ein paar Kleinigkeiten: Leider dunkeln die Plissees die Schlafzimmer nicht vollständig ab. Es war morgens sehr früh hell in den Räumen. Grundsätzlich liegt die Wohnung sehr ruhig kurz vor dem Strand. Da aber dort ein Kaffee und Restaurant ist, ist es teilweise morgens früh durch die Anlieferungen schon recht laut. Sollten wir irgendwann nochmal nach Rügen kommen, wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Sehr schöner Kurzurlaub

Wir haben hier einen tollen Kurzurlaub genossen, es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, super mit Fahrstuhl sowie Tiefgarage. Einzig nicht soo praktisch ist, das relativ früh „Lärm“ durch das nebenan liegende Kaffee zwecks Anlieferung sowie Mülltonnenentleerung anfällt. Aber da kann man hinwegsehen, denn ansonsten kann man sich hier wie zu Hause fühlen.
