Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn off mini split AC in garage and Florida room. Please set home AC to 77 degrees

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There is an additional charge of $100 per night if you want the pool heated. Please let the host know prior to arrival.

Nice quiet stay

Cute, spacious, older home that has been updated with a nice modern layout. Pool with waterfall feature is so pretty and relaxing. Nice quiet neighborhood nicely located to anything you could need. Owners very nice and helpful with suggestions of places to eat or visit.

Location and property were as good as it gets. It was very hot so the pool was key. Saw Manatee and Dolphins in the canal. If you are going to Tampa this is the place to stay.

Quiet and Peaceful

This is a great house and location. Lots of room and comfortable beds. Loved the pool and view of the water. I was amazed how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood was!!! Jeff was very accommodating and and gave us good insight on great places to eat! I hope to be back and enjoy this place again when we visit family in Tampa. Thank you for sharing your home ;)

Spilled wine all over the sofa and chair, completely ruined! I get accidents happen however to leave and not even mention or apologize is not acceptable!! I had to scramble to rectify for next guests. Deplorable!! To top it off guest was using bath towels to wash their car, right in front of ring camera. What a doomass!
