For children toys, high chair and cot are available. In-house children's playground available. The apartment complex comprises a total of 8 residential units.

The beautiful 2-room ground floor apartment with terrace has a spacious living area of 62 square meters and offers a cozy living room with dining area, sofa area, TV -DVD and music system. The fitted kitchen is separate and equipped with everything needed for the preparation of holiday meals, including microwave and dishwasher. The separate bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe, 2. TV, ensures quiet nights. In the apartment is in the hallway a pull-out bed / sofa for the third and fourth person. In the brightly tiled shower room with daylight window are also washing machine and dryer. For children toys are available and high chair as well as cot are of course available. A free parking space completes the offer. Guests with a dog are welcome. It is a holiday home for non-smokers.
