Taylor Swift/Disney/Volleyball tournament

Lots of common space to hang out and make bracelets, watch movies and play games. Great back yard with pool and fun paddle boards. Also, comfortable beds!

Disappointing

Oven & garbage disposal didn’t work. No toilet paper. Rooms very small. Some beds counted in number of beds were blowup mattresses. Pool was too cold to swim. Backup key didn’t work on door. Owner was very nice but we would not go back.

I apologize for the inconvenience of your stay. I was not informed of any of these things during the stay and the garbage disposal and oven are working perfectly now. In our conversation prior to the stay i informed you that there was no pool heater and you did stay in November during one of the coldest months of the year. the blowup mattress is not counted in the beds its actually a curtesy i wanted to make sure everyone has whatever they need when staying. The back up key in the note states its for a side door of the home and there will be extra toilet paper for anyone interested in staying or if you decide to go back. Thank you for your stay and im sorry for your unpleasant experience.

Health violation

We left when we arrived due to our boat would not fit in the yard contacted owner and ask for refund and he said ok. After we left I contacted owner again and he said I never had a boat. I told him I’m still in Orlando and when I leave I will go by the house and take pics of my boat in front of his yard. Much to my surprise I took pics of the place and the pool is deceiving that’s not shadow in the pics it’s mold growing and the fence is broke as well. I have pics of all the issues. I would have gave no stars but it won’t let me. I stay at vrbo houses all the time and do not book this one!!!!

Fun place, but needs a few odds and ends.

Overall the house was nice, it's in a pretty nice location and the neighborhood seems okay. However when we got there we discovered that there was no toilet paper so we had to go and buy some, the dish soap was watered down, the internet and TV streaming services were very slow or didn't work at all, The TV remote was broken and was very difficult to get to work properly. I saw one review where it said there was mold in the pool, this is not the case it's just some flaking paint on the concrete. The front door lock didn't work all the time, maybe it needs new batteries? There are no instructions for checkout, like do the dishes need to be done? Do we need to strip the linens off the beds? Does the trash need to go out? I can understand a camera out front, but the one facing the pool felt like it invaded our privacy a bit. The garbage disposal was broken and stunk really badly. I would stay here again I think it was a good value for the money however I wish the internet and TV worked better and I wish there was a sound bar in the living room as the audio was pretty poor. It was a decent property but just had a few quirks, I feel like I shouldn't have to go out and buy rolls of toilet paper because there were none on site.
