The house we rented was lovely. Everything was clean and met all of our needs. Having a washer and dryer was an added plus. Communication with the manager Anna was great. The only complaint I have was the lawn was not cut when we got there so the grass was high and the property is very overgrown. They did come out and cut it the day before we left. Not as nice outside as the photos show. Also, there is no fenced in yard. Other than that the stay was great. Thanks, Donna A.

Awesome stay and perfect host!

Beautifly decorated with great amenities. Excellent location for a visit with my daughter in Palm Coast and the gift (truffles), was a nice touch. Can't say enough about the host, Anna is fabulous, kind hearted and generous.

Our stay was amazing! We planned a family trip to St Augustine and this lovely home was about 46 minutes away. My daughter left something behind and the host was lovely enough to send it our way. Best experience ever! I would definitely visit again! Thank you!

Great weekend getaway

We stayed for the weekend to visit St. Augustine, Daytona and the surrounding Palm coast area. The house was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. It was located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and supermarkets. The host was very responsive and we really enjoyed our stay.

Beach trip

This is our second time staying at Rolling sands. Anna always provides great service. House was clean and sufficiently stocked with essentials. The master bed was comfortable don’t know about others as we didn’t use them.Always felt safe going outside at night. House was convenient to everything. Beach was only 20 minutes away.

We came over from the West coast for the lights in St Augustine.

The house was really nice. We enjoyed our stay. Very easy to find the house and close to stores and restaurants. The kitchen could be a little better stocked with hot pads, tea towels and dish cloths and maybe some family friendly dishes. If had had my grandkids along I would have had concerns about them using the dishes and glasses. All in all though nice house.

Palm Coast Stay

Nice neighborhood but traffic was loud & continuous. Definitely a working class neighborhood not a resort area. Several things missing but contacted the mgr. to rectify (ex: No ironing board or broiler pan). Secluded back yard with a fire pit to cook on & a screened in patio. Gas grill available.Washer & Dryer is in the garage. Description leads one to believe it is on a golf course but it was not nearby.

This house needs a lot of maintenance and upkeep. The backyard is in need of a gardener. The hammocks are not accessible due to the the overgrown brush which was very disappointing. It’s evident that the pictures were taken several years ago and the house has not been kept up since. There is lack of dishes in the house and the ones there are not family friendly. The master bathroom shower needs a shelf or something to place your soap and shampoo. It’s very inconvenient placing them on the floor. The beds and mattresses are not comfortable and bedding is worn and had a hole. It looks like whoever is in charge or responsible for cleaning the house only does the bare minimum and a basic spot cleaning. The house is in need of a major deep clean. Positives: decorations, nice big space that is open, nice location.

Palm coast

Check in was easy, house was clean, well-stocked with essentials. Nice neighborhood we felt safe walking at night. Master bedroom mattress was super comfy. The shower and nice soaking tub both had plenty of hot water. Th e screened in Lani was comfy, has a gas grill to cook your burgers or steaks. location was convenient to everything. Great place to stay, owner was quick to answer when we messed up the access code to door.

Loved it!

Anna's home is lovely, well equipped, and in a great location! We were lucky to be just a few minutes away from family members. The home was lovely, clean, and well equipped. It was only my husband and I, but it is perfectly comfortable for a family. We loved the home and the location and will definitely be staying here again when we visit family. Also, Anna was very responsive and accommodating. Thanks so much!
