Lugar tranquilo y agradable

Recientemente hemos estado alojados en esta villa vacacional y hemos estado muy contentos con lo que ofrece. Se encuentra bien limpia, bien distribuida y organizada, aunque no todo lo que brilla es oro, tiene sus puntos débiles como el A/C que no llega a las habitaciones, las camas y almohadas son incómodas y la piscina se ensucia con frecuencia. Pero por lo demás en una buena opción de alojamiento vacacional. Se encuentra cerca de la playa además de servicios básicos. Santisfechos 8/10

Mal por la falta de atención

La piscina estaba muy sucia, faltaba un juego de sábanas, las sarténes estaban sucias con cosas quemadas y después de lavarlas no se podía hacer nada, todo se pegaba. Les pedimos el juego de sábanas y al menos una sartén, nos dijo que nos lo traería, pero nos quedamos esperando, no nos trajeron ni una cosa ni la otra así que nos tuvimos que ir a comprar una sartén y apañarnos con las sábanas que teníamos. El Wi-Fi fatal, como si no hubiera.

Casa continente bien, pero el contenido deficièncias en cerramientos persianes, cerramientos varios y utensilios de cocina (mención pésima en el menaje olles, sartenes...).

Way to expensive for what you get

The airconditioning wasn’t working There weren’t enough towels The beds weren’t ready The sunblock screens were all broken One light didn’t work The swimming pool was closed for 4 days because they don’t clean it every day I stayed there for 3 weeks and the service was just bad!

Please don't forget that our local team are always available to help solve any issues you encounter at any time during your stay so that a solution can be made immediately. With that in mind, the pool has been cleaned, the sunscreens replaced, and the air conditioning has been fixed and is working correctly once again.

Buena ubicación .

Es necesario solucionar la nevera estropeada de gaviota 13. Poner algún toldo o sombrilla grande para las horas de sol en el exterior. Controlar mejor los niveles de la piscina para que no se entiende el agua. Y ampliar algo más el menaje de cocina con alguna bandeja y ensaladera.
