A beautiful accommodation with breathtaking views. This detached house with a well-tended garden is located on the hill that separates Camaiore from Viareggio, just 1 km from the center of the village of Pedona, where you will find the nearest restaurant and a grocery store.
In the garden there is a gazebo for outdoor dining, a barbecue and a comfortable hammock. The house, 67 square meters, can accommodate 6-7 people and is only on one level. However, to reach the house from the private car park, you need to climb a few steps. The accommodation consists of a living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area; On the left side there is a well-equipped kitchen (cooker with 5 hot plates, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, electric coffee machine, kettle); The living room leads to the bedroom / bathroom area, where on the right side is a double bedroom with large walk-in closet and TV; on the left a bedroom with bunk beds (the lower bed is a queen size bed), single bed and TV with Playstation, and straight ahead a bathroom with shower, hair dryer and washing machine. Additional amenities: mosquito net and fans. Small pets are welcome. Distances: shops and supermarkets in Camaiore 4 km or Viareggio 13 km; Lucca 30 km, Pisa 32 km, Florence 95 km.
