The ground floor consists of an equipped and functional kitchen, a large room with fireplace, divided into a dining area and a relaxation area equipped with TV, stereo system and comfortable sofas. The living area has a functional bathroom with a shower. The upper floor, used exclusively as a sleeping area, has a double bedroom with private terrace, a single bedroom with a second pull-out bed also with private terrace, and a second single bedroom with a second pull-out bed. The sleeping area has a comfortable bathroom with bathtub. Externally the garden is equipped with a gazebo equipped with table with chairs, barbecue and sun loungers and offers the guests the opportunity to spend relaxing moments outdoors. Private parking on the property. The price is inclusive of gas, water and electricity, final cleaning and internet. When necessary, there will be an extra fee for the use of heating. The deposit of Euro 200.00 is to be given upon arrival in cash. Charging batteries of electric vehicles at the house is not allowed.
