A house with character!

The country house "Les Fouguières" is a typical French bastide from the 17th century. Century, which in the core even on the 15th Century goes back.
The building has been completely renovated. The approximately 65 cm thick outer walls made of natural stone provide a pleasant climate even in high temperatures outside.

The house stands in a slight hillside on a 6000 m² large, natural, open property with meadows and mature trees (olive trees, mulberry trees, magnolia, etc.) and vineyards in the immediate vicinity.
The well-furnished house has gas central heating and partly has exposed beams, the floors are tiled. The spacious living room has a large open fireplace. The equipment also includes a satellite system with German programs and Internet access with WLAN.
The property is about 1 km from the center and is exceptionally quiet.
The swimming pool with a size of 5m * 10m and lawn is located on the east side of the house and is almost all day long in the sun.
The house has 2 large shady terraces with appropriate furniture and some terrific foresight, a terrace is equipped with a brick barbecue.
Parking facilities in sufficient numbers are available on the property.

The building consists of 2 parts of the house (main part and studio), which could also be used separately, as each part of the house has its own kitchen.

Domestic equipments:
Storage room with washing machine and iron / ironing board (accessible from both parts of the house).
Fly screens in the bedrooms, gas central heating.
Note: Smoking is not allowed in the house.

8-room house, 3 floors, about 220 m². Ground floor: living room with sofa, fireplace, dining area for 6 persons, exit to the terrace. Large kitchen (3 gas, 1 plate, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster) with dining table for 6 people, terrace output, separate toilet.
From the kitchen stairs to the 1st Floor: double room (bed 1.80 m wide). Bath / WC.
Second Floor: double bedroom, from here to bedroom with single bed and folding bed, as well as double room (bed 1.80 m wide). Shower / WC.

From the main entrance steep stairs to the 2nd Residential part (studio) in the 1. Floor:
Small living room with couch and armchair. Kitchen (2 hotplates, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, toaster) with dining table for 5 persons, terrace output (5 steps). 2 twin bedrooms. Shower / WC.

Bed linen and towels necessary.
However, there is the possibility to borrow these directly and to pay directly:
Bed linen, € 18 per person / change (reservation required),
Towels, € 5 per person / change (reservation required).

2 baby cots and 2 high chairs are available, without charge.

Pets: Basically, a pet is allowed, more pets on request.
