Host was great, communication great, a bit of a problem with hot water but host compensated, which was a surprise and appreciated, property is not water front and lake was 10ft low. Still had a good time on the lake in our new boat, perfect location.

I’m glad you enjoyed your stay. We have no control of the water being 10 foot low so the property is still considered water front as it normally has water up to the flag pole and a floating dock. The hot water is from a tankless hot water heater and does take time to heat up and is pressure driven. The plumber the same day stated water was 120 degrees. I am sorry there were issues with it for you though. We hope you will try Sam Rayburn again when the water is up and not so dangerous.

Could not have asked for a better place to stay! LOCATION was great. The Appartment was clean and had everything you would need. Communication with Vicky was was easy and fast respnding. The property was beautiful.

Clean and well kept apartment

Great little two bedroom apartment in an awesome location with water view. Set up is perfect for a couple or small family. We had no issues of any kind and should we have, the hosts are very friendly and easy to reach.

Nice place to stay. Does not have an oven/stove (which I assumed when reading the listing). Otherwise a nice, clean place to stay. Communication with property owner was very easy/convenient.
