Very nice..

Host was waiting for us with the key. She show us around to show us were everything was. We had a great time there. WAY better than staying at an hotel.

Honest Review

We stayed for winter. The neighborhood is very convenient and good for walker/joggers ( lots of shaded areas ) We did rearrange the furniture which the host was pleased with. For a short stay you're fine; for longer stays be nice to have : table and chairs for patio, more glass/dishware, a shared vacuum, a larger tv and new mirror for bathroom ( smoked glass doesn't work well ) House could use some tlc which owner/host is likely to fix/ replace in future : some windows are broken /don't open and are cloudy, some blinds don't work, fence in back is rotted and outlet. Despite initial hiccup ( on vrbo was not listed as duplex which was amended ) we enjoyed our stay. Debbie is a very helpful and accommodating host. Finally if you are a light sleeper you will hear the train whistles and interstate at night and you can only use the carport if the other duplex is empty.

We were greeted by the property manager who provided us with keys and gave us tour of the premises. House was perfect for our short stay.
