"Bluegrass Bungalow” is a charming single story cottage home in the Fairways community of the SANDESTIN GOLF AND BEACH RESORT®. It is the perfect hideaway for a quiet retreat, while being mere minutes away from the many resort amenities. Upon entering, you will feel at home in this bright and airy cottage with an open floor plan and lots of natural light. Bluegrass Bungalow’s spacious, fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and abundant counter space. The living room of this open concept beach cottage spills into the sunroom, a beautiful space to spread out and enjoy all year. Seating is found at the dining table for 4 or the counter bar that seats 2 people.

The sleeping arrangements offer ample space and can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests. To unwind after your eventful day, the master bedroom has a king bed with en suite bath that features a private bath and stand-alone shower. The other guest room has a king bed and shares access to the full hall bathroom. There's also a queen sleeper sofa in the living area, which features a 55” Smart TV. The adjacent sunroom has a queen sleeper sofa, that will comfortably sleep 1 adult or 2 children, and has doors that can be closed for privacy.

Outdoors, you’ll love relaxing on the deck beneath the shade of longleaf pines. The deck boasts a dining table, a lounger, and a gas grill perfect for cookouts overlooking the lake with views of the golf course and the bay just off in the distance! After lounging around the house, take the included 6-seater golf cart to one of two heated resort swimming pools, the nearby beaches or to Baytowne Wharf.
