Lovely beach house in a secluded neighborhood

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is located with a beach and ocean view. There is a walkway down to the beach right next to the house! Quiet neighborhood even though very friendly.

Stayed with son and grandsons and we all loved it! Perfect location for the beach, mystery spot, boardwalk, etc. we did miss having a tv in the living room on the middle level but otherwise it was very comfortable and well appointed. There were no towels in The middle level bathroom but made easy adjustments. Wud def stay again!!!

Bday Getaway

I wanted to go to the beach for my 58th. My two best friends and my two daughters and I got to spend my bday in this very nice home. Honestly, there was a very musty smell when we arrived but the house was very clean! We opened the windows and aired it out and it was all good. We sat out on the deck during the day and at night. To hear the ocean while you're sleeping?? What a bonus! We also saw Dolphins from the deck! We did drive down to the beach instead of taking the trail and steps. Old knees lol. All in all..great place to stay and had a fantastic time!

The location of the property was great, and the view from the windows and balcony was absolutely beautiful — definitely the highlight of the stay. Unfortunately, the overall experience was let down by poor cleanliness. The bed sheets were dirty, with hair and animal fur on them, which made it clear they hadn't been properly washed. I also noticed that the windows and balcony, although offering a great view, were quite dirty as well. I tried calling the office to report these issues, but no one answered since it was after 5 PM on a Friday. It's disappointing, because with better cleaning and attention to detail, this place could have been a fantastic stay.
