Also walking distance to the Denver Botanic Gardens and Cheesman Park. Back brick patio leads to detached two-car garage, and yard is fully fenced.

Wood floors, 9’ ceilings and incandescent lighting throughout lower level highlight spacious rooms. Great windows that let the light in. Nice cabinetry in the kitchen with gas stove, elegant lighting, granite countertops and a breakfast bar are open to dining area. Custom built Elfa closet systems throughout the bedrooms. All upper bedrooms have great character with the unique ceiling. Spacious master with en suite 5-pc bath. Lower level family room with more wood floors, natural light and is another great room for relaxing.
