Möwe 3 is a floating holiday home on a concrete float.
It combines the charm of a houseboat with the latest technical equipment and subtleties in a modern design.
With its comfortable furnishings, it meets the requirements of a beautiful holiday home and offers space for an exceptional maritime family vacation with up to 6 people. The pontoon (concrete float) allows a maximum of 12 people on board for convivial dinners and larger gatherings.
On 44 square meters of living space and equipped with modern heating / air conditioning technology, it is always pleasant on cold and hot days. However, it is much nicer to enjoy the sun, wind and water on the 15 square meter terrace on the bow or the 25 square meter terrace on the upper deck. The available circulation area enables a comfortable circumnavigation. They have a full bathroom with a vanity, shower and underfloor heating and an extra toilet with a vanity.
A fully equipped small kitchen with oven, ceramic hobs, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer and much more is at your disposal.
A panoramic living room and everything else will allow you to have a good time on the water. The three enclosed interiors and two terraces offer enough retreat options, especially when used with several people on board, to recharge your batteries and enjoy the sun and water.
A large Ultra HD TV (OLED) and a sound system leave nothing to be desired.
High-speed internet access with WiFi access is of course also available for free use.
A powerful electric grill on the terrace invites you to use it.
