Welcome to Lazy Bear Lair! This tri-level Gambrel chalet will be your perfect home base for your trip to the mountains! Completely remodeled and just a stone’s throw from the Blue Lake Springs Rec Center/Snowflake Lodge - enjoy summertime fun with two lakes, a pool, tennis, shuffleboard, and much more (fees apply). The light and bright great room features a wall of windows to let in all the seasons of the Sierra and cozy gas log stove. The gourmet kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and granite counters. Dine with your friends inside or out! Lazy Bear Lair accommodates 10 guests in 4 bedrooms plus the loft: The first bedroom is located on the main floor and features a King bed. The second bedroom is upstairs off of the loft and features a Queen bed and a Double bed. The loft has a Twin bed (and a foosball table)! The third bedroom is located downstairs with 2 Twin beds and the fourth bedroom is also downstairs with a King bed. This cabin features 2 full bathrooms and a laundry room. Amenities: Guest access to Blue Lake Springs Rec Center + Fly-In Lake (guest fees apply), Foosball, Wi-Fi, TV, Sono Speakers, gas log stove, forced air gas heat, air conditioning, gas BBQ (propane provided). Linens and towels provided. Maximum 10 guests. No smoking, no pets, no check-ins on Christmas Day or Easter Sunday. *Patio furniture is seasonal

House accommodated us well but was very disappointed on the cleanliness of the place, inside and out. Food left in refrigerator from former guests, coffee maker not cleaned and bathrooms needed some attention along with outside deck and table.
