Kleine Wohnung mit Steigerungspotenzial in einer schönen Urlaubsumgebung

Gößtenteils entspricht die Wohnung der Beschreibung. Allerdings ist die Küche nicht halboffen gestaltet. Lässt man die Tür auf, kann man von der kleinen Küche in den Wohn-/Essraum schauen. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein. Das zweite Schlafzimme (ohne Fotos in der Anzeige) ist mit Tapeten, Gardinen und Mobilar seit mehreren Jahrzehnten unverändert. Die Wohnung wurde vermutlich länger nicht ausreichend gelüftet. Die Wohnung war bzgl. Sauberkeit ausreichend, u.a die Duntsabzugshaube hätten eine gründliche Reinigung nötig. Die vorhandene Pfanne war wegen beschädigter beschichtung nicht zu nutzen, nach Beschwerde konnten wir aber auf Kosten der Vermietungsagentur eine neue kaufen. WLAN war vorhaben, allerdings ohne Kennwort auch offen für alle und manchmal brach es für unbestimmte Zeit einfach ab. Gläser und Geschirr scheinen für 4 Personen abgezählt und bzgl. Weingläsern nicht mas das. Gut waren die Insektenschutzgitter an den Fenstern der Schlafzimmer. Der Preis erscheint einigermaßen angemessen.

Rundum gelungener Urlaub

Wir waren das erste Mal in St. Peter-Ording. Die Ferienwohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung und war bis auf ein zwei kleine Spinnweben sehr sauber. Man kann in St. Peter-Ording viel unternehmen und anschauen. Mit dem Fahrrad, mit dem Bus oder auch zu Fuß ist alles gut erreichbar. Mit der Kurkarte ist die Fahrt mit dem Bus kostenfrei. Der Bus fährt jedoch nur einmal in der Stunde, aber man ist ja im Urlaub ☺. Der Westküstenpark in Böhl hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Park ist sehr schön angelegt und die Robbenfütterung war ein Highlite. Das Wetter war auch klasse, also ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.
