About this property

Beautiful 4 BDR/3 Bath home 10 minutes to USAFA

Located just a 5 minute drive east of I-25 at the Northgate exit to the USAFA. We are located in a beautiful Flying Horse paired patio home community. It is very quiet and peaceful. Our home is 3650 sq ft which includes a large deck with a sunroom that has beautiful views of Pikes Peak, the front range, USAFA and breath taking sunsets. Maximum people for the rental is 10. Four private bedrooms plus a luxury Queen blowup mattress for 2 kids or a teenager.
Just a short drive to fast food, many restaurants, coffee and ice cream shops, two movie theater complexes, lots of entertainment, plus a Sprouts Market. You will also find great shopping at Scheels All Sport and Bass Pro along with several gas stations.

WONDERFUL

A great experience. Super considerate hosts who even provided an air mattress (fully made when we arrived) Very clean, spacious, comfortable, perfect for a graduation gathering. Beautiful view, three king beds, lots of amenities and gracious hosts. Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you!
