Lovely beach house in gated neighborhood. Cypress Breeze Plantation is located just around the corner from the famous beaches of 30A in a quaint and picturesque community near Gulf Place. Cypress Breeze offers the most impressive tropical resort swimming pool and waterfalls on 30A, and the gleaming blue waters of the beach at Santa Rosa are 1/2 mile away. This charming new beach cottage is perfectly situated on a cul-de-sac near the tropical swimming pool at Cypress Breeze. With 3 spacious upstairs bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, a large living area and a screened in patio and porch with gas grill in the back there is room for the whole family to relax and unwind. The cottage is beautifully designed to reflect the casual beach lifestyle that is expected along the shores of 30A. With all new furnishings and comfortable bedding, you will be the first to enjoy this professionally decorated beach house. Granite countertops, stainless appliances, plenty of cabinet space and a full pantry are just the beginning. The living room is sunny and spacious, and features a large flat panel television and cushy seating. The dining area offers seating for eight guests and access to the back porch. For your convenience, there is a full laundry room and complimentary wifi. All linens are laundered and sanitized after every stay for your peace of mind. Entire Home Wonderful Family Neighborhood with an amazing community pool.

Best vacation ever!

The home was in excellent condition with all the amenities we could ask for. Very peaceful neighborhood convent to the beach with several restaurants, coffee shops and shops along the way. Coffee on the balcony in the morning was especially enjoyable, as were drinks around the fire pit in the evening. Can’t wait to go back.

PERFECT Beach Home!!!

A Shore Thing is the perfect home for your stay in Santa Rosa Beach! This beach home is spacious, clean, comfortable, and fully stocked to meet your needs. Our large family stayed here for a week recently and absolutely LOVED this beach home. It is a beautiful home with plenty of seating in the living room, kitchen, or porches. We cooked most of our meals and the kitchen had everything we needed and more! The large kitchen table was our favorite spot to play a game or plan the next day's adventure. Our kids said the beds felt like they were "sleeping on clouds"! We loved the modern bathrooms too. A Shore Thing is nestled in a quiet neighborhood called Cypress Breeze with beautiful trees and a natural preservation area too. The neighborhood pool was like nothing we'd ever seen! It was massive with 3 huge pools all different depths. The location of this beach home is only a mile from the beach so it's ideal for a morning run to the beach or a convenient drive in the spacious golf cart! After visiting Destin, we are in LOVE with Santa Rosa Beach. It is such a pleasant beach with a generous area of shallow water from the shoreline to the ocean, allowing the kids to enjoy swimming/playing in the ocean (while they can still touch the bottom :). The locals were welcoming and a few of our favorite spots near this home were Cafe 180 and Pecan Jack's Ice Cream. You and your family will feel at home in this gorgeous beach home, located in a picturesque neighborhood, close to one of Florida's most quintessential beaches- Santa Rosa Beach.

Amazing Stay

We had an amazing stay at this house. Very clean and located in the perfect spot just down from the beach and restaurants. Fast and easy communication with the management for anything we needed. Would definitely stay again!
