Die 38 qm große gemütliche Wohnung ist für 2 Personen ausgelegt und befindet sich in der Kleinstadt Selb direkt an der tschechischen Grenze auch bekannt als Porzellanstadt. Das Haus verfügt über einen Fahrstuhl, mit dem man in den 3. Stock zur Wohnung gelangen kann. Es gibt Wohnraum mit abgetrenntem Schlafbereich, einer Küche und einem Bad sowie einen großen Balkon. Des Weiteren sind eine voll ausgestattete Küche sowie ein Bad mit Wanne und ein Sat-TV vorhanden. Die Lage der Wohnung ist günstig da man Geschäfte, Busse und auch die Stadtmitte in kurzer Zeit erreichen kann. Es sind sehr viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten, wie Wanderrouten, Radtouren, eine Eissporthalle sowie ein Hallenbad und vieles mehr. Besuchen sie uns und lernen sie die Schönheiten in unserer Region kennen! DIE Sehenswürdigkeit ist Europas größtes Porzellanmuseum, genannt "Porzelanikon".
