This exceptional property sits on a deceptively quiet neighborhood. It’s beautifully decorated with a modern touch but the owners kept a lot of antique charm. Highly recommended!!
We attended Jacksonville Jazz Festival and this Springfield location was perfect to downtown, beach & shopping. The renovations clean & cozy, mattress top notch comfort. Communication with owners easy, concerned & caring. Looking forward to our next visit!

You’ll fall in love with this home. It’s magical and unique. Fully equipped with anything you might need. Beautiful and supreme decorated. Backyard is a retreat. Great bed too!!
This adorable house was perfect for my stay as I’m based in west palm but often have to travel to Jacksonville to visit that office. The house was charming and super relaxing for me. The owners were extremely kind and communicative. My only qualm was the WiFi was very slow and kept disconnecting during my stay. Other than that I highly recommend this property!

Thank you for the wonderful review, I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. We haven't ever had an issue with the wifi, thank you for letting us know. We are going to look into this to see what the problem is!
What a lovely duplex. The owners included everything you’d need for a getaway; toiletries, washer/dryer, fire pit, fully stocked kitchen with spices. They even recommended local places to eat. It was so convenient to have them close by, however there wasn’t anything we needed! Super nice and I 10/10 recommend this place.
Thanks again for the wonderful hospitality

Thank you so much for the fantastic review! You guys were wonderful guests. If you ever come back in town, we would love to have you.
My husband and I stayed here while we were in town for a concert. The home is nestled in a very historic part of the city, and it in within a couple minutes of the Arena. The owner was very friendly and even went out of her way to offer us a ride to/from the concert, since they were attending as well. The home was very clean and beautifully restored. It was fully stocked with anything you needed. The surrounding neighborhood was a bit questionable while we were on our way to the home, however the actual neighborhood of the home felt very welcoming and safe. My husband and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely keep it in mind if we are in the area again.
