The apartment MeeresSpiegel is located on the ground floor of the house and invites up to 4 people to spend their vacation there. The property has a spacious sunny terrace in the entrance area with complete patio furniture that invites you to linger.
The modern living room convinces with a fully equipped kitchen with a comfortable dining area and access to the terrace. Floor-to-ceiling window elements ensure a friendly room climate. The cozy bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed. With exquisite color accents, it promises a very special feel-good experience. Lage der Wohnung ist gut,Pforte die aufs Grundstück führt sollte repariert werden,die Tür zum Wohnraum schleift,Holzpalisade neben der Terasse ist sehr schmutzig,Sofa im Wohnzimmer hat Urinflecken,Rasen vor der Terasse ist ein Acker.Der Preis für die Wohnung ist bei diesen Mängeln viel zu teuer.

Perfekte Lage zum Strand und zum Ort, saubere Ferienwohnung, auf eventuelle Wünsche wird sofort reagiert, Ausstattung ausreichend für einen Urlaub, Gaststätten im Umkreis der Ferienwohnung ausreichend vorhanden, allerlei Dinge sind 3,also kommen wir auf jeden Fall nochmal, dann wieder Meeresoase, weil Meeresspiegel leider zu wenig Sonnenschein, aber die Wohnung war trotzdem schön !!!

Alle elektrischen Küchengeräte ( Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster,Backofen) waren sehr sauber.
Auch die Dusche und WC waren sauber!
Kleine Mängel (defekte Duschlippe) wurden sofort behoben.

Insgesamt hat mir der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und die Küche enthielt alle benötigten Utensilien. Es gibt meinerseites Abzüge zum Thema Sauberkeit: Terrasse war nicht gefegt und der Terrassentisch fleckig/nicht abgewischt. Den Außenbereich nutzt man genau wie die Wohnung; auch hier sollte auf ein ordentliches Erscheinungsbild geachtet werden. Im Bad gab es Zahnputzbecher, die nicht gereinigt waren und noch Rückstände der Vormieter enthielten. Der Handwaschseifenspender war nicht aufgefüllt. Vielleicht könnte man noch einen zusätzlichen Müllsack hinterlegen, nur einen für eine Woche ist sehr knapp bemessen.
