This newly renovated, stylish, poolside condo has it all: Fast WiFi, comfortable beds, private garden with jacuzzi, free, secure, guarded parking, fully-stocked kitchen, cold AC, private laundry and more. All inside a centrally located, private gated complex.

Perfect base camp for families

We stayed here with our 3 small children. The condo is very well-equipped and comfortable, and the kids really enjoyed the pool. It is very close to the beach and the main roads but still quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended!

The apartment was just perfect for our stay! It was clean and accomodated my adult daughter, her partner, and myself with spacious bedrooms and wonderful amenities in the full kitchen. The living room provided comfortable seating and a relaxing place to unwind. The two bathrooms were well stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and had great water pressure! The patio off the kitchen was a favorite spot for morning coffee. Definitely recommend this apartment and would stay again!

I've been traveling to Tulum for over 20 years - the neighborhood my condo is in, Aldea Zama, perfectly blends all the best of rustic, natural Tulum and the modern comforts that make a stay easy and comfortable. Alde Zama is a relatively new area, so its plumbing, electricity and WiFi are all at a very high quality - unlike some lesser developed areas in Tulum.
Our condo is freshly renovated and decorated. We've tried to anticipate your every need and stocked it well! You have easy access to the delicious condo pool (NOT noisy) and a private garden in back to enjoy a warm soak in the Jacuzzi after a long day.
