About this property

These spacious 3-room apartments (75m²) in a sunny location on the outskirts are facing south and therefore very friendly and bright. The sunrays catch you on your own balcony or terrace. The apartments are modernly furnished and include a spacious, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with tub. The bedrooms have double beds (160x200 cm) and a wardrobe. There are practical built-in wardrobes in the entrance area. Upon request, up to two additional beds can be added.

The apartment also includes free Wi-Fi, satellite TV and a flat-screen TV with multimedia system (Blu-Ray / DVD / CD player). Bed linen and towels are provided. There is a self-service launderette in the house. At an additional cost, we will clean your apartment once a week.
