De Toekomst 107 "Siësta”, enjoying the sun, sea and beach along the North Sea!

Located on holiday park De Toekomst, you'll find this beautiful, modern holiday home situated on a royal property in the middel of rest, spaciousness and nature. The neighbouring seaside town 'Ouddorp aan Zee' in South-Holland nearby Zeeland, offers a diversity of activities and facilities for both the young and the old. Visit one of the cleanest beaches of the Netherlands, hike through the dunes or cycle through the stunning surroundings.

The holiday home has been renovated in 2019 and is provided with all luxury amenities. The open kitchen with cooking island invites you to enjoy a meal with the whole family. This way, the cook won't have to miss the meal either! The beautiful extention with large windows bring lots of light and extra space inside. You can directly enter the garden through the sliding doors in the living room. One bedroom and the bathroom are located on the ground floor, the other bedrooms can be found on the first floor.

The house is surrounded by the garden which allows you to enjoy the sun on different spots all day long. The frontyard is provided with a lawn where the children can play. You also have the possibility to relax and unwind on one of the terraces.

Vacations with Family ( one with reduced mobility) and dog

A wonderful house not in the immediate vicinity of the North Sea beach with family and dog by fantastic weather. The house is perfect for this and a shady spot is always possible. Not necessarily suitable for people with mobility problems, check prior to your stay! Ouddorp is a really nice and beautiful place to enjoy and chill your base and to visit the small town or the wonderful beach and beach pavillions for drinks and meals.

Alles klein Gehalten

Wir lieben den Ort Ouddorp, hier verbringen wir jedes Jahr unseren Urlaub. Im allgemeinen war die Unterkunft schön, allerdings gibt es keinen richtigen Esstisch, was uns für das Abendessen etwas gestört hat. Die Unterkunft ist für 6 Personen ausgelegt, allerdings gab es nur 5 Speiseteller, somit musste eine Person immer von einem kleinen Dessertteller essen. Schade das solche Dinge nicht ersetzt werden wenn diese kaputt gehen und nicht mehr vorhanden sind. Des Weiteren fehlt bei soviel Personen einen separate Toilette. Das Bad ist sehr klein und man muss sich gut absprechen. Fazi

De Toekomst 107

Einrichtung und Zimmer sind gut. Der Garten ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Das Haus ist 2,5km vom Strand entfernt. Ein schönerer Strand liegt ca. 5km entfernt. Zum Ortszentrum sind es ca. 3km. Fahrräder sind zu empfehlen. Das Feriendorf kann nur über die Zufahrtstrasse verlassen werden. Einen Feldweg um mit dem Hund zu gehen, gibt es leider nicht.

Schöner Aufenthalt und einige Unzulänglichkeiten

Die Lage des Hauses ist gut. Wir konnten viele Ausflüge mit dem Fahrrad machen. Wer Strandnähe sucht, ist hier falsch. Am Haus selbst hat uns erheblich gestört, dass die Ausstattung der Küche am unteren Limt gewesen ist. Plastikweingläser zum Beispiel. Kein Tablett um Speisen und Geschirr zur Terrasse zu bringen. Dies nur Beispielhaft. Die sehr steile Treppe zum Obergeschoss empfanden wir gefährlich. Über diese Eindrücke hat uns auch nicht die moderne Renovierung des Hauses nicht hinweggeholfen

Rustig plekje net buiten Ouddorp

Heerlijk gelegen tussen Grevelingen en kust aan rand van Ouddorp. Het huis is fijn ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het is voorzien van een ruime tuin waarin de kind zich goed vermaken en je heerlijk buiten kan zitten. Supermarkt en fietsverhuur zitten binnen 2km.

Prachtige woning

Leuke woning met alles erop en eraan. Enige minpuntje was dat het toilet zich in de badkamer bevond. Afhandeling borg met de organisatie helaas minder soepel.

Fijn verblijf voor ern rustig weekend

Heerlijk rustig verblijf in een huisje wat up-to-date is en wat voorzien is van de voornaamste gemakken. Op fietsafstand van het strand en dorp dus een ideale uitvalsbasis voor een lekker weekend/weeg weg!
