Stay with us in a comfortable and newly renovated 4-star apartment on the ground floor with 60m² living area and south-facing balcony. The Trubach flows reassuringly with pleasant splashing past our apartment. On a hot day, you can dangle your feet in the cool water at the small jetty. In the outdoor area you can enjoy the sun on the lawn or cozy barbecue. You have a sofa set with table and a wide garden swing as seating at your disposal. Make a stop with us on a bike tour through the Franconian Switzerland! For bicycles the lockable barn is available. You will find us in the small hamlet Haselstauden in Upper Franconia, in the idyllic and peaceful Trubachtal in the Franconian Switzerland. Varied hiking trails and climbing rocks are right on the doorstep.

Stay with us in a comfortable and newly renovated 4 star apartment on the ground floor with 60m² living space. The apartment offers a cozy bedroom with a double bed, equipped with sideboard, mirror, wardrobe. An extra bed for 2 more adults or a travel cot for infants up to 3 years is provided if required. The living room is bright and modern equipped, here you have access to the balcony, the stream is right at your feet. Doors and windows have fly screens and exterior blinds. In the living room there is a flat-screen TV and a hi-fi system, and free and fast Wi-Fi can be used throughout the apartment. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, on the balcony there is an ashtray available. The bright and modern kitchen with dining area is high quality and comfortable. It has an oven, separate ceramic hob with extractor hood, refrigerator, separate freezers, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, large drawers, general kitchen utensils. In the kitchen there are 3 windows, all with exterior blinds. The bathroom offers a cozy atmosphere, it has a bathtub, a shower cabin with shower and modern rain shower, sink with mirror cabinet, towel rail, hair dryer, heating with towel dryer, closet for washing utensils, toilet. The bathroom has 2 windows with external blinds.   In the outdoor area we offer a lawn, a seating area with swing and lots of nature, all right on the stream.

Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 11:00.
