Enjoy this beautiful ground floor end unit! This 3-bedroom 2 bath condo at Magnolia North can accommodate 6 guests.

Enjoy the open floor plan with your own screened in porch. Just minutes to the beach and built around Myrtlewood golf course. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a private master bathroom with a walk-in shower. The two other bedrooms feature one queen bed in each.
Bedding, bath towels (6), hand towels (4), washcloths (6) and makeup washcloths (6) are provided.
A starter set of the following is provided, (2) toilet paper per bathroom, travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, sponge, paper towels, basic coffee/ filters and k cup assortment.
Well equipped kitchen with large countertops to easily serve the entire family. The kitchen is stocked with basic cookware and supplies. Basic spices, foil, plastic wrap etc...
The kitchen table sits 6 and the bar top sits 4.

Pool and patio behind unit is accessible to guests, green wristbands are required for pool access.

We will send the unit number, door code and Wifi Password the day of check in.

Green wristbands will need to be worn to access the pool.

Wet towels can be left in bathtub.
Logout of accounts on tv.
We ask that you load and start the dishwasher but is not required, detergent pods are under kitchen sink.

Very nice condo

We came down for a Spring Break softball tournament at the Ripken Experience. The location was perfect for our trip as it was only a few minutes to the field, the beaches, and the local restaurants. The condo was clean and spacious. Our communications with the owner were quick and easy throughout the process of renting the condo and upon leaving at the end of the week. We would stay here again.

Stayed 6 nights in Mar 2024
