Our affordable condo includes everything necessary for a great stay at Surfside Beach. Just minutes from the beach, our cozy condo can serve as your home for relaxation. The area is safe and quiet and great for taking night walks around the neighborhood.

You can relax in the nearby pool or head over to the uncrowded beaches. With beaches (to Surfside Beach and Myrtle Beach) only 5-10 minutes away drive in car, you can start your vacation promptly and stress-free. Along the route, there are also numerous different attractions for all types of interests for families, couples, or friends to enjoy. Some activities include golfing, mini-golfing, aquariums, shopping outlets, great restaurants, state parks, and fishing areas, and flea markets for great deals! In Surfside, there's always something fun to do for everyone!

***The minimum age requirement for booking is 25 years old. 6 guests maximum. Fine will be assessed if more. The location is suitable for families. NO parties please.***

Location was close enough to the beach that it wasn't a nuisance to get there and was in a quieter area, which was really nice. Unit was quite large for a condo and had a washer and dryer which was helpful. Owner was easy to work with and quite friendly. I would definitely recommend this location and would stay here again.

Beautiful condo!

My kids and I were surprised by how nice it was inside. It was very clean and nicely decorated. There was new flooring just put in before we arrived. The location was no more than a 20 minute drive to everywhere we went. This is the first time we stayed in a condo and I didn't realize what I was missing! It was so nice to have room and not be in a cramped space. I look forward to coming back and staying again soon. Thanks, Kimmy and Lazlo!

The place was clean, we felt safe, rooms were spacious in size. The living room sunroom area may family very relaxing with an abundance of room to move about. There was also plenty of closets, washer and dryer. I would have liked more cook pots, serving utensils and pans. The place was conveniently located near Dollar general, grocery stores, and only 10 minutes away from Myrtle Beach which was also very convenient. Very hard to find a three-bedroom condo to rent with that much room I would definitely recommend this property.

The owner gave the wrong lockbox code to enter the property in email correspondence. Neighbor outside smoking saw us struggling to get in at 10pm. Said she could help she lets the maintenance in. Dishes were left in dishwasher from previous guest. Towels were old and stained.

Lots of updates are needed!

The location is good but beds were very uncomfortable and old. Over half of the electrical outlets did not work and needed more towels and kitchen accessories. The couch needs replacing person sitting in middle was sitting on the frame of the pull out bed part and whoever cleans did not do a very good job. Ceiling fan would have been great in all the bedrooms. We only stayed 5 days and I did not complain but feel these are some things that need to change. I was also disappointed that there was no deck.

Awesome condo

Great location just a short drive to anywhere you want to go , It could be a little more homey with some area rugs in the living and hallway but it was a great stay would definitely recommend , could use some more kitchen prep posts and pans but we made it work …. Thank you again for a great vacation The pools were great just a short 3 minute walk or so

Girls trip was great

The place was just what we needed for our girls trip. Location is great for the beach, Dollar general if you forgot anything, and close to the main highway that takes you to all the shopping. They did repave the parking lot during our stay which was a little inconvenient, but overall the place was nice and it was easy to check in and out. Communication was good. :)

Wonderful vacation experience!

The condo is clean, well-appointed, and very spacious. The owner is very responsive and thoughtful. We had a minor issue with the key to the pool, which was handled within the hour. The neighborhood is extremely friendly and family oriented. My only quibble was that the location is a little farther from the beach than it looks on the map. However, the beautiful setting more than made up for that! If you like nature walks you MUST stay here!! They have ducks, geese, wild turkeys, rabbits, turtles, a plethora of songbirds. It is a truly spectacular natural setting and I will definitely come back the next time I visit Myrtle Beach.

Hi my name is Kimmy! I grew up in New York and always dreamed of having a quiet getaway. Luckily, Mr. Laslzo is a friend for decades lives in Surfside Beach in the neighboring complex. Together we have been managing the property to provide the ideal home away from home.

Why they chose this property

I travelled to Myrtle Beach every year and have always had a great time! My greatest family memories have been in Myrtle Beach whether it was fishing, the amusement parks, or the beaches.

Location:
I selected this property because it was close to plenty of beaches, shops, and tourist attractions and the location is a good family neighborhood.

Beaches:
There are plenty of beautiful beaches around but my favorite beach is Huntington Beach State Park (feel the sand it's like powder!)-the camping, bring your own everything and chill type of beach.

Amenities:
The property is well equipped with bedding for 6, full kitchen, laundry inside the unit, and the pool in the complex. So when I travel there, I pick up my light groceries for the week and head to the pool. And for the days we don't feel like cooking, we go straight to the restaurants, the list is endless.

What makes this property unique

The property has a community pool for those easy lounging days. When we go to the beach, having my laundry done without going to an outside laundry mat has been very ideal! I absolutely love my home and now with all the new renovations, it feels like I moved into a brand new home again!
