Located in Carolina Lakes area in a nice neighborhood. Plenty of room to relax and unwind. This property is less than 5 minutes from Coastal Carolina University, shops,resturants and 4 major golf courses, including legends, Burning ridge golf club, myrtle beach national, indigo creek. Also this property is 20 minutes from the beach, airport, skywheel, and the wax museum and broadway at the beach and more. This house has a full equipped kitchen with a keurig with complimentary k-cups, washer/dryer in the garage with complimentry laundry detergent, 3 bedrooms, 2 sleep sofas in the common area (one in the living room and one in the newly renovated sunroom) and 2 full bathrooms. Linens and towels and paper products are included. This property has cameras outside for security measures.
