Our modern corner bungalow awaits you in the tranquil village of Ulsnis, amidst the rolling hills of the fishing region, only a few meters from the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei. With a comfortable and high-quality equipment, this holiday home offers the best conditions for your break from everyday life - as a couple, together with a friendly couple or as a family with children!
In our single-storey luxury house in a quiet edge of the forest up to 6 people on a total of 135 m² plenty of space to relax and in summer the large garden area beckons for relaxing, sunbathing, but also for sports activities (eg. Badminton or other ball games). Let the eventful day on the large south / west facing terrace round off in a friendly atmosphere, for balmy summer evenings there is also a barbecue available, with which you can prepare delicious barbeques!
The spacious, open-plan living area offers tasteful interiors that combine elements of different art styles. Listen to the crackle of the stove and settle for a tasty glass of wine with an exciting book from the extensive holiday library on one of the many seating areas. There is also a flat-screen TV with BluRay player and DVD collection, a music system, and free Wi-Fi for media entertainment. Even passionate hobby chefs will get their money's worth in this holiday home: A modern and well-equipped kitchen offers you the opportunity to prepare delicious meals with various technical amenities, which you can then eat at the large dining table overlooking the countryside.
Two bedrooms with cuddly double beds invite you to a well-deserved night's sleep. If necessary, two more people can sleep on the pull-out sofa bed. So that you can enjoy a lot of space and comfort even with maximum occupancy, the bungalow has an additional shower room in addition to the main bathroom.
In front of the house are two parking spaces for free use. In addition, a front porch is available in the outdoor area, where bicycles can be stored dry.

Superhost 100 Sterne!
Dieses Haus ist instandbesetzt! Nach 5 Tagen ungehinderten Aufenthalts gehört es uns! Wir werden es nie wieder verlassen!
Die Küche ist super gut ausgestattet, ua super Messer und Töpfe sowie ausreichend, geschmackvolles Geschirr.
Die Bibliothek bietet nicht nur Wissenshungrigen Futter; es gibt auch viele englische Schmöker.
Der Garten ist ein Traum - überall ist es sonnig und man merkt/hört Nachbars nicht.
Die Gegend ist nicht bezahlbar! Ruckzuck ist man an der Schlei und kann sogar baden. Täglich wurden wir von den verschiedensten Vögeln unterhalten. Zum Abschied kam ein Reh ans Haus und hat an der Hecke vor dem Wohnzimmer gefrühstückt. Wir Städter sind begeistert!
Danke für den Saft + die "Herztropfen"! Sehr lecker!
Der Nachbar ist supernett + hilfsbereit. Die kurzen interessanten Gespräche hallen nach!
Wir kommen gerne - bald!!! - wieder!

Spitzenklasse
Der Aufenthalt war eine Woche im April 2019. Das Urlaubsdomizil im kleinen Ort Ulsnis ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Der große Garten und insbesondere die stets sonnige Terrasse haben zum Verweilen und Entspannen eingeladen. Hervorzuheben ist das modern gestaltete Haus sowie die fantastische und absolut hochwertige Ausstattung mit jeglichem Komfort, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Der Eigentümer macht den Aufenthalt zu einem sehr schönen und herzlichen Erlebnis. Wir merken uns dieses Haus auf jeden Fall vor und würden auch jederzeit wieder dort den Urlaub verbringen.
