Apartment on the 1st floor with a cozy bedroom and a large double bed. Living area with two pull out sofa beds and TV and adjacent storage room. The bathroom is a wellness oasis with walk-in shower and large bathtub and a separate toilet.
The kitchen has an oven, fridge incl. Freezer, ceramic hob, coffee maker and various kitchen utensils and a table with 4 seats. From the kitchen leads to the beautiful large roof terrace invites you to linger.
The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and a controlled ventilation (suitable for allergy sufferers).

The apartment is located in a traffic-calmed residential area.
The S-Bahn and train station can be reached on foot in 5 minutes and thus has good connections to Heilbronn or Öhringen. The interchange Weinsberg can be reached by car within 10 minutes.
The recreational area Breitenauersee is only a few kilometers by car or bicycle.

Unglaublich netter Gastgeber. Tolle Wohnung, tolle Betten mit sehr guten Matratzen Leider war keine Waschmaschine im Haus zur Verfügung.

Top WohnungWohnung eingerichtet wie "zu Hause", es fehlt an nichts. Balkon ist ein Traum! Lage ist super, sehr ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse in 30-er Zone. Keine fünf Minuten zu Fuss zur S-Bahn. Vermieter (wohnt im EG) leider immer verpasst, aber Check-in und -out absolut problemlos.Eindeutig eine Empfehlung für jeden, der in die Gegend reisen möchte!!!

Moderne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern, sauber und man hat alles was man braucht. Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen und gepflegten Wohngebiet. Sowohl Freizeitaktivitäten als auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell zu erreichen. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehle sie mit 5/5 Sternen weiter.

nette Vermieterin, Leicht und unbürokratischer Schlüsselgabe. Wohnung und Terasse ist sehr gross. Jedoch ist der Terassenboden veraltet-fusselt. Ohne Latschen nicht begehbar

Alles super, sehr zu empfehlen

Wir können sowohl die Ferienwohnung als auch die Vermieter wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Die Wohnung ist super schön und modern eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieter haben wir persönlich nur bei unserer Ankunft getroffen und der Kontakt war sehr nett und herzlich. Ansonsten haben wir die Vermieter während unserem Aufenthalt so gut wie gar nicht wahrgenommen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Sehr luxuriöse und große Ferienwohnung. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und völlig unkompliziert. Gerne fahre ich wieder zu ihnen und genieße ein paar Tage an diesem schönen Ort.
